Charming 1 Bedroom Bluff Villa Close To Beach and South Beach Attractions.

This charming one-bedroom unit was nicely designed, well decorated and impeccably clean. Perfectly located in South Beach near Salty Dog with easy beach access. We expect to use it again soon!

Comfortable place, close to the water. Extras were nice touches including sun umbrella, towels, and beach chairs. Wish the pool had been open because it was hot enough!

We had a wonderful stay! The unit is spotless, updated, and well furnished. The location cannot be beat! Steps to the beach and The Salty Dog Cafe. We will definitely return.

A darling one bedroom unit 1/2 block from the beach. Unit was clean and comfortable and close to great restaurants. Harbortown 8 minutes away and Coligny Square 10 minutes. I loved seeing the dolphins every day and the herons. Unit was well equipped with beach chairs and towels and utensils for cooking which we did Not do as to many good restaurants about. Many thanks

We absolutely loved our week in Hilton Head. Our condo was clean, well appointed, comfortable and very close to the beach. Our host thought of all our vacation needs in this tastefully decorated unit. This condo location in Sea Pines Resort was perfect for experiencing the RBC Heritage tournament, beach, dining and shopping.

The communication with the owner was excellent! I made a request that took several phone calls to accommodate. She worked very hard to help me with my situation. The condo is cute, well furnished and in a very nicely maintained complex. We were there during a very busy week but inside the condo it was quiet. The beach is across the street & being able to walk to Salty Dog was so fun! There will be stairs no matter what level you stay on in this complex. We would definitely stay again if we return to Sea Pines.

The condo was perfect, clean, and convenient to Salty Dog. Watch for deer! I was hit by one on Lighthouse Rd. Major damage to vehicle. No personal injury- Thank goodness. Great sunsets!

We had a wonderful stay here during the holidays - the villa had everything we needed and was very comfortable! We found it to be very clean and the kitchen had plenty of supplies so that we could make our own meals during our stay. It is so conveniently located to the beach as well as to The Salty Dog area and walking paths. We saw tons of dolphins in the inlet from the beach just across the street from the villa. The bed was comfortable and so was the living area. We had a great time and cannot wait to return! Highly recommended!

Our visit was at August end, the timing was perfect! The location is amazing! The beach is just across the street a 3 minute walk, it is on an inlet. The inlet brings tons of wildlife dolphins, rays and sharks every day! Deer also frequent this beach, which is sweet to see. Our vacation was relaxing and did not feel touristy, which we loved! The condo itself is adorable, cozy and had everything we could possibly need.

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk across the street to a quiet, scenic sound-side beach with stunning views of Daufuskie Island. We were lucky enough to see dolphins, deer, shore birds, alligators, and even a pod of manatees swimming close to shore—truly magical! If you love fishing, this is a perfect spot.In the evening we enjoyed being able to walk over to South Beach Marina for ice cream or shop for a Salty Dog t-shirt. Everything about this place made for a relaxing, nature-filled, and fun vacation. Highly recommend—this is a perfect vacation spot waiting for you!

We absolutely loved our stay at your home. The decorations are so welcoming and the location is perfect. It was lovely reading in the little backyard oasis and the proximity to the beach was so nice. Biking and walking trails were so much fun to explore. We hope to be back again soon. We highly recommend this charming vacation rental to all!

The apartment is great, was very clean, tastefully furnished, all appliances work well and are in good condition. A nice bed, a good shower. A delightful patio. Located across a very nice and uncrowded beach with many dolphins. 200 m from a very convenient bike shop.

What a perfect stay this was. We didnt have great weather but we were very comfortable on the times we had to stay in. Our host was pleasant and always.you needed her.

We really enjoy our stay, we loved this place and we had a great time. The cottage was very clean and had everything you need for your stay. We didn’t cook anything but we saw the kitchen and it has everything you need to prepare a meal; the master bedroom is very spacious (although it needs A bigger TV) and the family room and dining room are also very spacious. Close to many restaurants and attractions, we definitely recommend it.

We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for years. We have stayed in many different locations. This was a favorite. Really appreciative of small touches-salt and pepper, dish soap, washing machine soap, garbage bags, Kleenex, …..on a short get away it’s really great to have these items taken care of! This property is perfect for spending time on the island. Just across the street from the beach which was not crowded at all. Peaceful and quiet at night. Condo is very clean and well kept. We have stayed here before and just love it.

Beautiful area in Hilton Head. Unit was perfect for two New Englanders to stay for a week and soak in the sun before we begin thinking about our cold winters.

We stayed in the owner other condo couple years ago. Both condo are perfect! Owner goes out of her way to provide things you need when you vacation. Perfect location.

We liked the fact that the condo was on the first floor even though there were a few steps to get to it. We enjoyed the bike paths and are planning to return. It was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen, except of course food.
