Really enjoyed the balcony, listening to the ocean and feeling the breeze while having coffee in the mornings. Good restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store is literally just up the street. Looking forward to our next visit!!

Close to the ocean but most of restaurants were just bars

Great location to walk to the private pier and beach. Nice to see and hear the waves from the balcony. Communication with host was great. Property could use some improvements. I honestly could not give this property 5 stars. The host offered to bring a replacement chair for the living room chair which had a ripped seat. The balcony needed attention as the carpet was old and dirty. The balcony chairs were rusted and the legs taped. The beach chairs rusty. The toilet lid did not fit the toilet. The sliding door was a bit hard to open going out onto the balcony. This property has great potential but needs some attention as is.

It was a beautiful property, however the unit we stayed in was in dire need of new furniture and mattress on bed. Otherwise a very laid back, quiet, restful place to stay!

The condo was grundgy at best. Very much in need of updating. Would not recommend.

Small, cost condo in fantastic location on the beach and close to restaurants. Bunk beds are more cot sized and definitely for small kids.Owner communication was outstanding. Directions and check very easy and well written.

The owner has a few things to do to bring this condo up to par. It will get done I’m sure. The owner was very receptive to the issues I brought up and I’m sure the next guests will be happy. We only stayed a few days. The location is very great and safe. Sea Cabin Villas complex looks like it needs a refresh in general. I’m sure many of the condos have been completely renovated. The small twin bed areas could be fine for little kids but the condos are the perfect size for 3 or 4 at the most.

The condo could use some updating and a good deep clean

What a wonderful find! This was perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved the bunks and you can’t beat the location- super close to the beach and amazing restaurants! The host was quick to respond with questions and was very accommodating. Our kids are already asking when we can book our next trip back!

Perfect Beachfront Condo for a Couple’s GetawayWe had a wonderful stay at this Isle of Palms condo and would book it again in a heartbeat. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with easy, awesome beach access that made morning walks easy. It was the perfect size for my husband and me while we were in town visiting our daughter’s family and spending time with our grandchildren.The condo was clean when we arrived, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay.We also appreciated how fully stocked the kitchen was. It had everything we needed to cook simple meals and snacks, plenty of cookware, utensils, and equipment.Overall, this place was comfortable, well cared for, and exactly what we needed: clean, convenient, beachfront, and easy. Highly recommend for couples, especially if you want a calm home base with direct access to the sand

Weather was perfect. Condo was as expected. Great view from the deck. Construction noise from next door was disturbing at times. The deliveries began early!

Exactly as described. The kitchen was the fantastic! I have never stayed in a place where the kitchen had everything we needed. If you prefer to cook some of your meals while you are on vacation then this is the place for you!

Our host was so easy to work with and allowed us to change our week when the original one didn’t work out. I wish there were curtains in the bedroom and hall to block the lights and better pillows but everything else worked out great.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. It’s in a fantastic location so we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. Additionally, the communication from the host was went above and beyond our expectations. Susan was extremely helpful and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay again!

The property was as described. An older resort. The building was further set back from the ocean than I anticipated but you could still hear the ocean from the balcony if you listened carefully. The facility was clean, everything you really needed was there, and the owner was very good with communicating to provide a warm welcome.

Wish our stay was longer.

It was great. The only disappointment was the top bunk. We were not aware that it was a claustrophobic cabinet that our 11 year old couldn’t fit in. Bathroom could use an update.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I liked having direct beach access, a pool and especially being able to walk everywhere. Harris Teeter and Circle K were both just around the corner and the county park was about 1.2 miles away (easy walk). There was also a public beach access point directly next door so I was able to enjoy the picnic area there as well. It was only about a 15-20 minute drive to Mt Pleasant and Charleston. I had a few very minor housekeeping issues come up during my stay, but Susan very attentive to my needs and was able to address the issues quickly. She was very kind and helpful the entire week. I wanted to make note of one thing I forgot to clarify with the host during my stay. The amenities included Breakfast Available, but this was not a breakfast buffet/continental breakfast like you would find at a hotel or a resort (this was a condo complex). I assume when they mentioned Breakfast Available it meant that there are several breakfast options (restaurants) and coffee shops within walking distance. Again, nothing I am upset over, just wanted to put that out there. There is a fully functioning kitchen if you need to make your own food too.

Exactly as described: great beach access, ocean view, private parking in a very busy area, all the amenities. Great for a short stay.

Our unit was on the end of the property with the steps right outside our door and beach access right behind our building. The unit was clean and well kept. We rarely heard noise from outside or neighbors. The balcony had beach chairs, a cooler, toys and a boogie board to use.We would love to come back some time!

We brought our three year old to the beach fit the first time and this spot was perfect! They have everything you need plus some extras! Great location and right on the beach. Super close to everything and we just had the best time! We will be back!

This Sea Cabin was perfect fit for us. It was first trip away for my first grand (9 months). There was even a pack n play available. Everything fresh and clean yet not so perfect that we were afraid we’d mess something up. Hostess extremely helpful and responsive with my questions.

The condo has everything you need and a few other little perks that other units do not. Susan is a fantastic host who takes pride in her property. Will stay here again for sure!

A great small condo for a couple. Another couple can stay comfortably. With one bathroom and one bedroom, you are working to share a space. The two bunks would be great for small kids. They would probably love it because the top bunk is a little enclosed. The kitchen provided what we needed for our weekend getaway. The main bedroom is small, but ample for sleeping in and your clothing-changing needs. Loved the full-length mirror. The walk to the beach was great. I loved that we had a code to enter and exit the beach, pool, and pier. That ensured only property guests used those accesses. The condos are right beside the IOP Park. So, the beach in that area gets a little crowded on the weekend. We loved the convenience to some restaurants that were within walking distance. Coconut Joes and Windjammer were fun and included great food. We were even able to walk to Harris Teeter across the street. The property owner was very responsive and communicated quickly for whatever we needed.

It was a very small place but very clean. Did not have a chance to go to the beach. My only problem was with the sofa bed mattress. Not comfortable at all.

Unit is as described, pretty old and small but nice for what we needed. Easy process to book and check in and out. Nice walking to some restaurants. Beach was pretty crowded for early April -public access is really close

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. We took advantage of the many restaurants near by. We enjoyed sitting out on the pier as well as having our morning coffee on the patio. The place was comfortable. Bedroom stays pretty bright at night due to the outside lights,but we managed.

While all older condos need some TLC, this one is well taken care of but could use a little cosmetic attention ( painting, curtains). My only real problem was with the outside hall ceiling light ( not owners responsibility) directly over our bedroom window which lacked sufficient darkening treatments.

The property was clean and suited our small family perfectly. We look forward to coming back in 2025.

Address and information was communicated with welcome email. Condos have ocean view from balcony. Was able to sit in fresh air and enjoy the sound of the surf. Beach access from property as well as pool and pier. Close to really good dining experiences. Unit was clean and had most of what is needed for short stays.

Great spot for a beach vacation. It was nice to have private beach access and easily walk back and forth. The condo was close to several bars and restaurants that were walkable also. Host was easy to communicate with and Host was easy to communicate with and the condo was clean. Only complaint was the bed and pillows definitely need to be upgraded. I had to go out and purchase my own pillows because the ones provided were flat and uncomfortable. uncomfortable.
