Boats/jet skis and trailers MUST be parked at the marina.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

    Overall it was a nice stay. Glad they had curtains on the slide that face the west for the late afternoon sun. Not a clean as we would have liked (M & M's on the floor). For the price you would think there would be a box of face tissue and more than one roll of paper towel. Both the toaster and coffee maker were the cheapest you could get. No salt/pepper, sugar packets etc, absolutely nothing. The use of the lock box was a good idea if it wasn't such a hassle to open.

    Very nice condo, convenient location to Bradenton & Anna Maria Island. Condo stocked well with kitchen essentials (dinnerware, glasses, pans etc). No extras that you find at many VRBO properties (no spices, extra paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap). Only given 6 bath towels for the week for 4 guests (sleeps 6). When we called about extra towels we were told 1 towel per bed policy. We were expected to do laundry but only 2 laundry pods supplied. Would expect at least 2 towels per bed for unit for a week. Property pool & grills very nice. Check in & parking were not clear & did not get clarification. We had to go to office off property to get key & gate fob because it was not left in lock box as expected. Also would suggest designating a parking spot number vs “park in 2nd spot on right”. That was being used by a resident. Overall nice condo, nice property but not impressed with management company AMI. .

    The property was incredible! We absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, we arrived on a late flight Sunday evening. When arriving at the rental office there was no key for us to access the property. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a maintenance man to come let us in the property. I asked to be called by a manager of AMI and have heard nothing in response.

    We enjoyed our stay in this well maintained property. The condo is in a great location, nicely decorated with a beautiful view. Beaches and restaurants are close by and walking paths are just outside of the property. Great rental!
