Stayed Feb 28, 2025Great location in Gainesville. We went to visit our children at the University of Florida. It was 5 miles away, easy ride. Cute neighborhood. Hiking trails nearby. Place is very clean, great condition. Owner was very nice.

Stayed Nov 24, 2023We had an amazing stay in Gainesville for a Gator Home Game. The property is in a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. We all slept very soundly. It is a very cozy condo. Louise is a gracious host and quick to communicate. We will definitely look to book her condo again for our next trip to Gainesville.

Stayed Nov 3, 2023Had a comfortable stay in the condo. We did not spend a lot of time there as it was parents' weekend and a football game. But it was comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was very easy and prompt. Would recommend unit but could use some updating of condo and furnishings and a little less personal items.
