Centrally located cozy 2BR near attractions

Very accommodating

We stayed here becuase it was close to the universal parks. It is a nice place that had plenty of room for the four of us. It was mostly clean but needs a little more attention to detail. There were some baseboards that were dirty and the fan in the master bathroom was pretty dusty. Also, there were some crumbs from the last tenant still left on the dining table. But everything else was pretty clean and comfortable. Also, you can really hear the tenannts upstairs as they move about their unit, but that is out of the host's control. Host did communicate with us often during our stay and was available for any questions or concerns.

Very clean roomy

PROS:The price was great. The pull-out couch & arcade game was a plus. Wifi & tvs in every room a plus. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. No stains. The fact that there were 2 bthrms was a plus. Mstr bdrm. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The sheets & pillowcases were clean. The phone charging outlets were a plus. 2nd bdrm: My son did not have any complaints. There were 2 sets of bunkbeds which was a plus. The phone charging outlet was a plus as well. Kitchen: Workable set up. Ample silverware & cooking utensils. CONS:THE KID UPSTAIRS RUNNING BACK & FORTH ALL DAY & NIGHT WAS A NO FOR ME! It was not clean to my standards especially when you’re paying a cleaning fee. It was smaller than how it looks in the pictures & videos. The email communication was excessive & should be kept to a minimum. Everyday there was an email. Bthrms: The tubs, baseboards & grout were nasty. The vent/Fan had an annoying sound when you turned it on, which is connected to the light so there is no option to turn it off without turning off the lights. Mst bdrm: Bed was too high. The space between the bed & window was extremely narrow. The rose in the glass stayed on all night. I prefer a dark room. I didn't need a night light. Kitchen: Very small space. The pots & pans were horrible. There is an additional charge type manual for incidentals which is crazy considering the pots were all scratched up & not well maintained. There was a hole in one frying pan. Dining rm chairs were too low.

Everything was good but we had a few water bugs running around and the apartment garbage cans got full fast. I will say they neighbors seemed cool and chill.

The property is exactly as pictured. Everything worked out great. The neighborhood itself was a little run down but we felt perfectly safe & the condo was awesome. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend especially if universal is your destination. Lots of amenities nearby. There’s a Krispy Kreme, Walmart, restaurants etc very close. Highway 4 just a mile away. Bernard was responsive and provided all of the information we needed.

Clean and very comfortable apartment. PAC man machine made me go buy Pizza Hut for the nostalgia. Parking right out front and easy walk
