Centrally Located Condo with Private Balcony with Blue River Views!

Great property. Only drawback is the new building under construction right in front of this building. Im sure it will be much quieter once the last building in the complex is complete. Although they did let us in an hour earlier (for an additional fee) the 4:00 check-in and 10:00 out meant we only had the place for 15 hrs. This likely wouldn’t mean us much with a multi night stay. They allowed us one night only perhaps because is was a weeklong not in ski season. It was super convenient to the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center, we were only in town one night for a show there.

The property was so cute and cozy. It was so close to the grocery store and a big target right across the street for anything you forget! The condo was new and was very clean! The back of the condo was facing the river it was so peaceful! We def will be staying here again.

This unit is in a very nice location. Would be nice if there was a dresser or luggage racks for our suitcases. Also would be nice if they had the WiFi info posted somewhere for you, instead I sent a text to get it. The floors were pretty dirty. My socks were brown on the bottom of them after walking around the unit. Took a towel & wiped the floor in a small area and included a picture of it so you can get an idea. Other places that I’ve rented from have let us check in early to the unit if it is available. This place said they would as well, but there is a 15 per hour early & late check in/out fee. Never had that happen. Management company did reply promptly to our questions/concerns. 4 star because of the dirty floors.

Beautiful condo with views of the river running just outside. Condo appeared larger than the photos with a huge kitchen. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but we will definitely return in the future. Great location across the street from Target and down the street from tons of restaurants and shopping!!

It was perfect for my needs.

We stay in short term rentals often. This property is perfect for 2 people and the location overlooking the River is so great. And very convenient to HWY 70 and getting to all the ski areas. Weird request maybe for some but it would nice to offer a better grade of coffee. Made first pot according to directions which was very, very weak. Reread the instructions thinking I did something wrong. Didn’t. Doubled the pods still a weak cup of coffee. Just saying.

This place is beautiful inside and outside view! Absolutely quiet! Hope to stay again!

We had an amazing stay and would 100% book again! Only a few things could be taken into consideration in adding - full length mirror on the back of a door, hooks on the back of doors if no access to closet is allowed.

This is a great, new, very clean condo with a wonderful view and calming sounds of the Blue River. Perfect size for a couple looking to get away, only draw back is a lack of place for clothes, two large night stands, but no dresser or closet…and no luggage stand for a suitcase or two.

This is a great condo - all new....well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again. It would be nice to have more space to put clothes. Only had 4 drawers and small space in the utility closet to hang clothes. It would be great if there were more clothes hooks (on back of the doors and in the bedroom and/or hall by the washer). Extra blankets that were stored in the utility closet needed washing. It would have also been nice to have an all purpose cleaner to be able to wipe down the kitchen counters after meals. Probably need to have a shoe tray at the front door to put ski boots. Overall this was a really nice place to stay with a great view of the river.

Had a great time. Building work didn’t cause any issues. Great view over the river. Silverthorn is well located for access to a number of resorts. Only small gripe would be the lack of storage units for clothes etc.

All new, clean, comfortable. The fireplace made it very cozy on some cold January nights.

This property is stunning with the balcony facing the blue river it was serene. Great by yourself or with friends or family. Property management was very nice and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. This was our first time in town in a condo versus outskirts in a cabin and it definitely changed the game for us!
