This is a one-bedroom condo located on the 12th Floor of Brazos Place. You will have full access to all areas inside the condo along with a well-equipped gym on the 7th floor. The condo has a nice sized private patio and there is a rooftop patio available for all tenants use on the 13th floor that also has wifi. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook just about any meal you can think of. The building has 24/7 security on site. There is a restaurant and a convenience store in the building as well for your convenience. Bike parking is provided in the building and car parking is available for an additional fee in nearby parking garages.

Usually, we will meet you at the building to give you access and to give you a quick tour of the building and answer any questions you have. If no one is available, we will leave keys and fob with the front desk and give you a tour as soon as possible.

Smoking inside the condo will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee and immediate eviction. Guest would also be responsible for any HOA fines as this building is a non smoking building inside.
