The new private refuge for Quivira owners, is located next to the Quivira Golf Clubhouse and the acclaimed Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. This unit is a special part of our CaboCondoVacations portfolio of 5-star short-term and long-term rental units. Our CaboCondoVacations team is onsite 7 days a week and our owners live in Quivira full time. We own or manage over 25 vacation units in Quivira and are uniquely knowledgeable and helpful on getting the most out of your visit. Our CaboCondoVacations team is on site 7 days a week to make every minute of your vacation perfect.


Copala is a full-ownership family community with private secure gate. You will feel like you are in an upscale USA or Canadian community + all the advantages of Mexican weather, culture, food and fun!


RESORT/COMMUNITY ACCESS INCLUDES:

-There are 7 guest accessible pools! The highlight is the Copala clubhouse which has 2 pools (kiddy pool + family infinity pool with fantastic ocean, mountain and desert views), large family sized jacuzzi, a deli, spa, gym, bar & grill, large media room, and more.
-On-site tienda for essentials you may have forgotten (toothpaste, tequila, hats, sunscreen, chips...)

Guests have access and discounts to some Pueblo Bonito resort amenities but not all. Specifically:

Within the resorts I would recommend:
• ’The After’ Sports bar and restaurant at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach resort does not require reservations and our guests have access and discounts.
• ’The Market’ Food Hall at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach does not require reservations and our guests have access and discounts. This Market area features several different types of food (Deli, Asian, Mexican, Pasta, etc.) which share a common seating area and central bar area.
• The Quivira Golf Clubhouse steakhouse and seafood restaurant & bar is not associated with the resorts and our guests have access and discounts. For breakfast and lunch you can often walk in without reservations however reservations are required at dinner (on even priority with hotel guests).
• Our guests can access reservable restaurants at the resorts however they are exceptionally busy over the holidays and other busy seasons. The resorts prioritize hotel guests and limit non hotel guests. Practically speaking, there is absolutely no commitment of guest access to resort reservable restaurants.
• Our guests do not have access to Pueblo Bonito pools or pool bars unless they purchase the All-Inclusive package at the resorts. This is a new policy in 2025 and any listings claiming to allow this access are out of date.

• There are numerous excellent restaurants which have recently opened just outside the Quivira gates given the rapid growth of the Quivira population. These are excellent options with great variety, quality, and value. Please ask for recommendations.

- Resort restaurant and golf club access are subject to reservations and are very full at peak times of year.

    The place was excellent. Clean and spacious and rooftop setup was sweet. Host communicated great on Whatsapp. I will say this, the concierge at the Copala clubhouse need to step up their game - zero enthusiasm and kind of just seemed like we were a bit of a nuisance to them.With that said, the hosts were wonderful and we just used the concierge down at Pueblo Bonito Sunset because they actually seemed to care!

    The condo is exactly what is pictured and a perfect location. The bed is so comfortable and the views are gorgeous. Kitchen is well stocked and the amenities are great. Our only few issues we had was a terrible smell in the unit, we tried to leave the patio doors open to try to get rid of it but it’s permanent. It majorly affected our enjoyment of the unit and all of our clothes smelled so badly even the ones we never wore. The bed needs new bedding since the fitted sheet constantly came off since it’s too small (otherwise the bed was glorious!) the hot tub area is not as private as we assumed it was and not the safest since anyone can get in to the patio. Another issue we had was a lack of help from the concierge in regards to the other properties. We had issues with the shuttle to get to Medano Beach, we were told it was included and the concierge said we would need to take a taxi, we were also under the impression that we could book the all inclusive at the Pacifica resort (we specifically wanted this since we had stayed there before) only to be told they don’t offer that at the Pacifica resort. We also had to go to the monte cristo to ask this since the concierge couldn’t help us book it and when we went there we were told it could only be used at sunset or on Medano beach and only if we booked it for 3 days which we didn’t want we only wanted one day. So we got very frustrated since this was one of the main reasons we booked at quivira. Otherwise the unit is lovely.

    Great property. Super clean, easy check in, concierge service was quite helpful, pool(s) onnsite, patio overlooking the ocean and surrounding area was a great benefit, rooftop tub and patio was a bonus, bathrooms were great and the beds/kitchen were good enough. Beach was about a one mile walk downhill, uphill return. Thanks for stay.

    We highly recommend this condo and any unit under the Cabo Condo Property management. From the moment we booked communication was quick and thorough. We received a PDF and internet version of the units guidebook which included maps, restaurant recommendations, check in and check out procedures, etc. During the days leading up to and during to our stay, we used the WhatsApp to communicate with the host and almost always received an immediate response whether it was a unit question or a question about parking downtown. The unit itself was immaculate, high end, well stocked, comfortable, etc. The views from the rooftop are spectacular and were easily enjoyed from the hot tub and chairs/loungers available. We were able to cook many meals, watch our favorite tv shows, do laundry, and have all the comfort of home while being far from it. We were also able to enjoy a Cabo Yacht Vacation (sister company to host) sunset dinner cruise which was 5 stars as well and I would highly recommend them and their services to anyone visiting the area. The property itself was gated and felt very safe. We went for walks and runs together but I would have been comfortable on my own as well. We were also able to easily use services (restaurants, parking, beaches) at other property locations. Quiet and lovely. The unit and property is on the western edge of Cabo but getting to the marina all the way to San Jose Cabo was easy (we rented a car but taxis and Ubers are readily available).

    Beautiful place! Just like photos- no complaints whatsoever. Great view from both patios, loved whale watching , pools were perfect temperature , quiet, peaceful place to stay, friendly staff at Quivera, enjoyed the poolside food/drink service - great location for going out to explore Baja, ( drive to Todos Santos/ la Paz , explored San Jose and East Cape area) Would def stay here again !
