Cayman Kai, Rum Point; Quaint Oceanfront Condo With Beautiful Private Beach

Very private and quiet spot on the Northside! We frequently had the beach to ourselves and could snorkel to the reef for amazing sea life (even saw some stingrays!). The condo fulfilled all of our needs and beds were super comfortable. Loved all the hooks for hanging towels and wet items. We loved visiting Stingray City, Starfish Beach, Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Gardens (blue iguanas were very cool), bioluminescent bay, and just hanging out on our “private” beach!

We had an amazing time. Practically had the entire complex to ourselves. We only saw two other couples on the beach the entire week. We took a very long time trying to decide where to stay while we were in the Caymans. We could not be happier with our choice. You can see the ocean right from your porch and door. My husband loves to snorkel, and you can easily do it right from your own beach. We would have been content to just lie on the beach all week. It is so quiet and relaxing. It was perfect for us, but if you want to have a party atmosphere or a lot of stuff going on, then this is not for you. But if you want what we want, relaxation, quiet and beauty, this is the place. It was just the two of us, but you could definitely have another family with you and still have plenty of space! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. I was looking for a peaceful, non-crowded, and relaxing beach location and this was great for us. There were many days that we had the beach completely to ourselves! The place was clean and well-equipt with everything we needed and more. It had a lovely screened in porch if you wanted the view without the sand. There was good communication from the host. We could travel quickly to a few restaurants at Rum Point, and there were several others within a 20 min. drive. The reef was a little too far out for me, but my husband swam out to snorkel there a few times.I didn't get in the ocean right in front of our place much due to rocks or sea grass, but I was perfectly content to sit and read. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent location and accommodation. We truly enjoyed our stay.The accommodation is charming, amazing view, great location. I think that this is the best area in the Grand Cayman islands close to all attractions.

Comfortable accommodations and a great fit for our family of four. We enjoyed being in a quieter area and it was so nice to stay so close to the beach. The grounds and beach are beautiful! The host was welcoming and very helpful.

Fantastic host. Excellent communication. Super amenities. Full array of kitchen utensils and tools for cooking anything. Two bedrooms with own bath each. Veranda in front and back with outside shower for beach sand. Beautiful tropical setting steps from Brinkley Reef. We could 37 species of fish, soft corals, sea grasses and mollusks. Near Rum Point, Stingray City and bioluminescent bay kayak tours. We will be coming back.

The host and management were both responsive, friendly and welcoming. Only reason a 5 star rating wasn’t given is because a few electrical problems that we had. A handyman did come and fix the lights on the veranda but we were never able to use the light or ceiling fan in the living room. I’m sure that is fixed and no problem now. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was absolutely idyllic! The house was wonderfully stocked and just a few steps from a wonderful quiet beach and straight into the ocean (a little rocky but we wore water shoes and made it out to snorkel closer to the reef). The rooms are well sound proofed from each other and the screen porch was wonderful for all our meals. 10/10 will be staying again!

Beach was Great. As good as pics. Condo was fantastic! Tons of masks, fins, beach towels, and everything you could ever need. Comfy bed. Great TV selection. Hope to come back next year! Thanks

Host was very responsive.I absolutely loved sitting in the lanai and spent a lot of time just enjoying the ocean view.It's a really peaceful location, it felt safe and we met some lovely people.We loved being able to snorkel the reef right in front of the vrbo. And we enjoyed being close to Kaibo for good food and our stingray tour. And we were close to Rum Point for a bioluminescent bay kayak tour which was another highlight.And we also enjoyed the Caboose for local delicious food.

Property was perfect for our week in Grand Cayman! Best stocked condo we have ever stayed in - had everything we needed & things we didn’t know we needed. Clean & quiet property. We rented a car & enjoyed exploring the island each day but coming back to the quiet of Sea Lodges every evening & refreshing breeze of the Northside. Host very responsive. AC worked great for our July/Aug trip. Watched sunrise from beach most mornings.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beachfront property in Grand Cayman! It was everything we hoped for and more. The home is tucked away in a very private and peaceful location, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind.The beach is stunning—just steps from the house with soft sand, clear water, and incredible snorkeling right out front. We spotted a variety of fish and even some coral formations just a short swim from the shore.The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful beachfront getaway in Grand Cayman. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This condo was amazing! Private and on the beach. Clean. Had everything you want. Close to all the activities. Snorkeling out front of the condo. Comfy beds. Adorable home!

The home was spacious and clean, and it had all the tools/amenities. We found the access to the sea a bit challenging because of all the rocks and ironshore so we did beach time with our friends who were staying at Rum Point. Our arrival was quite late, and it was totally dark, so we really appreciated having the lights on in the house when we got there. We were also happy to be on the quiet portion of the island, away from the overbuilt 7 Mile Beach area. Thank you for an enjoyable, peaceful respite!

The place is very well stocked, clean, beautiful sea lodge complex is calm, peaceful and soooo beautiful with the beach just steps away. The owner is very helpful and swift to reply! Check in check out is very simple!

This was our seventh visit to the Sea Lodges, and the Getaway has been our favorite! Updated and well appointed kitchen, great-smelling bathroom amenities and more. We love it!

Very nice stay. Well equipped. Communication was great. The beach was not as nice as the photos show. Lots of rocks and some trash by the water.

Fantastic accommodation at posh Rum Kay on Grand Cayman. Fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Excellent Communication with the Owner. It's fully furnished, however snorkeling equipment and Kayak are included.

This was exactly what we were looking for. It was a spotless unit with COLD AC that worked fast. Lots of odds and ends, as I call it, were Left on the Moon. Bug spray, sunscreen, charcoal, spices, and other things. Not items that are stocked by the owner, but left by past guests. We look forward to the opportunity to return,
