Located in the private, gated community of Holiday Hills, not only will you have access to the onsite championship 18-hole golf course surrounded by the abundant and natural beauty of the Ozarks, but tons of additional amenities will be just steps away from your front door! With 5 outdoor seasonal pools to choose from, you’ll never have to worry about finding your own space to relax and enjoy a refreshing swim. A soothing seasonal hot tub, a fitness room, multiple sports courts, a restaurant and café, arcade, game room, and a theater room are all here for your added enjoyment. Outside of the resort, the spectacular attractions of Branson await just a short drive away. Under 10 minutes to downtown and Branson Landing, you’re within easy reach of an abundance of shopping, dining, live music, and entertainment. Beyond the city proper as you make your way to the man-made wonder of Table Rock Lake, be sure to carve out some time for even more exciting adventures at Dolly Parton’s Stampede, the Aquarium at the Boardwalk, Silver Dollar City, and more!



Inside the home, smoky hardwood floors flow through each room, tying spaces together and creating a hub for entertainment as well as relaxation. The living room includes plush sofa and recliner seating along with a smart TV, deck access, and an electric fireplace. It’s the perfect spot for curling up to stream a movie or read a good book. As you make your way to the kitchen, you’ll find a high-top dining table that can host all your meals as well as a fun-filled family game night. The kitchen itself is fully equipped including stainless steel appliances, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and all the comforts from home include an air fryer, blender, and ice maker. Everything you need to whip up delicious homecooked meals is here waiting for you! For a peaceful spot to enjoy your cup of morning coffee or an evening cocktail, head out to the shaded balcony and allow all your cares to wash away with the fresh mountain air.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen-size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/jetted tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is an upper-level unit requiring 16 stair steps to reach the entrance. No elevator available.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.

• A Holiday Hills Gate Code is needed to enter the resort. This will be provided to you in a digital guidebook, the link to which will be sent via text message two days prior to your arrival.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA and is NOT available for guest use..

• Guest does have access to exercise room, arcade, and other onsite amenities.

• The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.



The property is located in a quiet resort, but when you’re ready to explore, the home is only 3 miles from historic downtown Branson–an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events. Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to take a hike to the “Top of the Rock” or explore nearby Table Rock Lake, both are the same distance. Silver Dollar City, 11-miles away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme.
