Castle Reef New Smyrna Beach Ocean View -Discount for return guests!

We were there from June 22-26. Very nice condo. Very clean. Not very crowded. We were only steps from the beach. Large pool with plenty of lounge chairs. We look forward to hopefully a return in the future.

Peaceful, clean, beachy decor was nice. Sweet owner. Very nice place.

Condo was clean, check in was a breeze. Mostly stocked, but we did have to go mid week for dishwasher tabs, garbage bags and toilet paper. No reply’s to a few texts to the owner. View was phenomenal at sunrise! All and all a good experience

This condo was clean and beautifully decorated with an ocean view. Everything we could’ve wanted or needed was there. We loved that it wasn't a heavily populated beach, which was great for us. Can’t wait to return some day!

We have stayed at castle reef several times and love the location on the non drive beach. This property is easily the best in this complex that we have experienced. Host is great and we look forward to our return.

Five Star condo. Clean and Comfortable.

The entire location and amenities were excellent

The host communicated well and proved fed specific directions for checking in. The decor was so beautiful with the beach theme and we loved that there were darts and other games along with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed. The master bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!!! Nice accommodations and a heated pool which we realized too late!

The condo was warm, welcoming and was even decorated for the Holidays. You can tell that the owners go out of their way to make their guests feel special. Amazing experience.

We liked the Castle Reef condominium complex. It has a great pool and landscaping area.

The condo is beautifully decorated and has an amazing view of the ocean. The balcony is a very good size. The host was quick to respond to messages. I highly recommend this condo.

The condo was a perfect beach front option, close to everything New Smyrna has to offer. It was decorated nicely, and equipped with everything you need during your vacation. Looking forward to planning a return trip already!

Unit is beautiful, gear and household amenities great. The beachfront pool fit the bill perfectly. Building exterior and walkways are being painted, which at times created unpleasant odors in the unit and elevator. Solvent used to clean the condo. can be overpowering for anyone with allergies or respiratory issues during sleep time. Condo is beautifully appointed and updated, building is old, has musty smells in certain areas.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and decorated so cute. The bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and a great location. The owners are also great. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely the best place to stay on the beach

This was a perfect condo for 2 people. I was not familiar with the area and took a chance on this place based on the reviews. I was not disappointed! The beach is quiet with no car traffic and you can walk for miles. The host communicated well and check in/check out was simple. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of beach toys in the condo. My favorite part of the condo was sitting on the patio each morning and watching the sun rise. I would definitely stay here again!!

They communicate all the details you need for your stay & respond quickly to questions.They thought of every single detail! They consistently update their beautiful condo and it is always exceptionally clean. This is our 3rd year staying here and we can’t wait to return to our NSB paradise condo!

My wife and I have enjoyed this condo for a few years in the month of March. The location is on the beach and offers a good view of the ocean. We appreciate the well equipped condo. The condo has always been cleaned and ready for our arrival. The Hosts have been fantastic about communication and quick to reply to any questions we may have. Thanks again!

Five star condo in a five star location.

Beautiful condo with a beach vacation vibe, stocked the all of the equipment required to really enjoy a day in the sun: coolers; boogie boards; and a complete set of Tommy Bahama sling chairs plus beach umbrella. Located south of the driving beach and north of the National Seashore, it’s a perfect spot to settle in and enjoy all the area has to offer. Be sure to try the Bakers Table, a fine restaurant just across Atlantic Avenue from your home away from home. Owner is a good communicator and we enjoyed a hassle-free week by the sea. Five Stars!

We very much enjoyed the stay and enjoyed the accommodations. This place is very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe. Decorated wonderfully. We didn’t use the on site amenities but checked them out and found them to be nice. The view from the deck is second only to being immediately on the beach. Great place for morning coffee and an afternoon cocktail. A short few minutes drive to the bar district with good food and friendly people and not far from a few other very interesting places. We are in our 50’s and enjoyed the more mature beach/party vibe of New Smyrna. Thank you to our Host

This is a great place to stay. The beach outside the condo was not crowded at all but just a few miles up the beach you can drive and enjoy the beach with tons of people if preferred. Ralph did a great job communicating with us prior to and during our stay. The beach equipment in the closet that was accessible to us was fantastic as well! The condo is super cozy and decorated exactly as you would hope for to get that beach feel! Thank you Ralph and Roberta!
