Nice place to stay for one or two nights.

The host was very welcoming. Getting keys very simple. The unit was very clean and had all the items needed for a two week stay. Great location. Unit had easy parking. Great place to stay. Very relaxing, safe and comfortable.

This is a great property, and the location is key, being less than a mile from downtown Santa Fe. It was comfortable and very clean and the kitchen was well apportioned, including updated appliances. I truly enjoyed my time there, and the management company did a nice job of accommodating me when I needed a late check out.

The property was clean and great location, easy access to where we were going to be visiting. Safe neighborhood and well stocked with what we needed in the kitchen.

It was very clean and well put together. There was even a box fan in the closet and extra pillows which we appreciated. We did not use the laundry so I cannot speak for that. The kitchen had everything you could need if you wanted to cook. The only “issue” was our plane arrive early in the morning and we had a 12 month old with us and I did reach out via VRBO when we booked to see if I could check in early and got no response and then the day of I called and they said I needed to ask 24-48 hours in advance and pay 100 which we probably would’ve done had we gotten a reply. I definitely also should’ve reached out via phone I guess but I do wish I had gotten a response here. Otherwise we had no issues and I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful spot to spend a quick weekend trip with a pet. The unit was very clean and considering it’s pet friendly, there were no signs of previous pets! The neighbors were friendly and the surrounding neighborhood is quiet. Close to downtown, the designated parking spot was a plus. The check in and check out instructions were clear, easy to follow and very convenient. Definitely on our re-book list next time we visit Santa Fe!

Super clean property and easy to find. Great location, it was easy to walk almost everywhere I wanted to go. Parking lot is a little tight and someone else was parked in my assigned spot for part of my stay; I honestly think this was just a misunderstanding and it did not affect my enjoyment of my stay. The locks on the doors can be a little funny; bear with them, there's a trick to them but they work great once you're used to them. I appreciated the handout I received with my keys with answers to most questions that came up during my stay, as well as detailed check out instructions. Be aware that you will pick up the keys at a different location, but it's not far away and online instructions for getting the keys was very clear. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, well appointed. Very comfortable. A little idiosyncratic, since it’s an older place. Leak in kitchen window, challenging cooling system. Biggest comment is about check. The guy at the office was rude. No hello or greeting, just tossing the keys to us. When I asked where the property was, his response was ‘plug it into your gps’…not impressive.

Check in process was good, I like the after hours option. The space was nice and very clean.

Loved the location as we could walk to many places. The unit was a good size for us. We didn’t really cook as there were too many good restaurants to try but the kitchen would have the needed supplies if we did. Overall, we would stay here again.

Property was as advertised. Excellent location. Walk to stores, the Plaza, Railyard. Enjoyable visit for me and my dog. Amazing 140 acre Frank Ortiz dog park a short distance away. Check in and communication were flawless.

Everything was fine. The condo had an situation come up and we had to leave early. Thank you for the time we had.

Clean and comfy bed, location not too charming, but okay. Walking distance to Trader Joe's. Towels nice and clean and soft. Coffee pot did not make hot coffee. Ice maker worked well though.

We needed to stay at an affordable place that took a dog. This was the place. It was centrally located, and provided us with what we needed.and, very quiet. It had all we needed.

Condo was the perfect size for two with a small patio area that was great for relaxing outside. Neighbors were awesome people (residents and other visitors alike) and it is very well located for exploring Santa Fe or just making a quick shopping trip.

Only thing we missed was washer/dryer in unit and good cable TV. Nice little unit in good location

Conveniently located near everything we wanted to do in Santa Fe. The condo was equipped with all that we needed for a long weekend stay. It was a great home base for our family.

We enjoyed this centrally located unit. It was exactly like the pictures. I wish they would have had a more comfortable mattress. It was an easy walk to Trader Joe's and the Railyard District. ?

Loved this place - so adorable and we loved the private patio! Air conditioning was listed for this property but it was really a swamp cooler which was totally off when we arrived and it was HOT. Instructions to turn on the air were a little hard to find but once it cooled down it was very comfortable for the rest of our stay. ?Super close to do many fun activities!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here with our poodle. Walk to Clafoutis, Whole Foods, Maria’s and the best Vietnamese food in Santa Fe. Plus, if you have a dog, Zoomies is 1 block away.

I traveled to Santa Fe for a quick and quiet getaway. The condo was perfect for me. It was immaculately clean with thoughtful little details to make my stay feel like a home away from home. It did have a homey feel rather than the staged, sterile look I’ve become accustomed to in a vacation rental. Already planning my return trip!

Overall, I had a good stay. It was in a great location because it was close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. I will say to be mindful if you have any pet allergies. I am severely allergic to cats and it was evident that there had been cats there after less than 24 hours. Other than that, it was really great that the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans to cook with.
