Stayed Dec 19, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at this house. 9 people, 2 families with teenagers and grandma. We all fit well. Grandma had own private bedroom and bath in the casita by the pool. Nice house, great gated neighborhood that was safe. We had to choose between this house located 2 blocks from the beach with a private pool or a house directly on the ocean without a pool. The good sized private pool and layout of the house made this the right choice for us. There is also a really nice beach club (free to use) with very nice large pool and swim up bar/restaurant that is exclusive to the development.The nice beach is great for surfing or rinsing off. Calmer waters in the morning but not a place to go snorkeling. The beach and pool never felt crowded during the peak holiday season when we were there.

Stayed Feb 12, 2024Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location and great common pool area with swim up bar and restaurant! Yo Yo was the best!Only negative is that the property could use some tender loving care. In particular the railings need to be more secure. The property was like indicated in the pictures. Nice to also have our own pool. Recommend that if you are planning any of the tours book them early. We missed out on a couple because they were all booked up during our ten day stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I wanted to thank you for your help arranging housing for the wedding. The house we were in was perfect for our needs.
