The house we rented was beautiful. But the was completely incorrect in terms of where the rental was located. It said Marina del Rey, but it was actually Culver City. The listing also said it was a 10 minute walk from Venice Beach. Being from the Midwest, we wanted a high walk ability. It was a 15 minute drive and even then they tried to gaslight me into saying I was incorrect about their listing.

Excellent location. Property owners were extremely communicative. The home was beautiful, the beds were comfortable. The house provided beach chairs and towels, which were so helpful so we could relax for a couple of days at the beach. We had a couple of tech hiccups with bathroom outlets, but the host communicated thoroughly. We would stay here again for sure!

The place was perfect for us. Great layout and parking. The garage door was broken when we arrived. The host was responsive & fixed it the next day. The location was not what was shown in the original VRBO map for selecting properties. We were expecting to be closer to the beach & walkable to restaurants. That was disappointing for our vacation.

Only issue was with garage door. Everything within the unit was ideal. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed a lovely stay! The property was clean, had a very well- appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, and the rooftop deck was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to a lot of shops. Check in and check out were easy and communication with the host was clear and timely. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, nice and easy to access. We appreciated having the off street garaged parking. Would prefer to have been the address as list in Marina Del Ray, but it was a quiet street not terribly far away.

Very comfy house! Nice amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. We appreciated having a garage to park our car. Hosts were great with communication ... got back to us within less than an hour each time we had a question.

Amazing property and host. The location is perfect and is easy to get everywhere and the property is superb. The rooftop at night had some amazing views.

Fraudulent listing on VRBO. Location is miles away from the Marina Del Ray where it says it is located. This caused a huge issue for our stay and one that VRBO has yet to respond to us on. The owner messages you after the accusation is booked saying that the address is different and asking you to finalize payment outside of VRBO. This is a scam and should be handled by VRBO.

It was great to have a secure garage; Apartment had everything we needed.

This is a great apartment. Clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive when we had trouble with the gate. Highly recommend!

The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and it worked well for our family of six. The neighborhood was quiet, and communication with the host was easy with quick responses.A couple of small things to note: the garage clearance was low, so our Ford Expedition did not fit so we couldn’t park in the garage. And while the listing shows Marina del Rey, the actual address is about 3–4 miles away. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us, but updating the listing to reflect the correct area would be helpful.I would not recommend this place for anyone who has difficulty going up and down stairs, as there are quite a few.

We stayed here the week of Thanksgiving. We chose this property because of how clean it looked in the photos. The reality didn't disappoint. The house is immaculate and very contemporary. There are little touches that we hadn't seen in other properties we have rented in the past. Make-up washcloths (I loved them because I always feel bad about white towels and removing make-up), a light by the bed for reading, each bedroom has it's own bathroom, and other touches that made the stay feel more like being at home. The host is very responsive.The 2 things I'll mention to be aware of are: you need the clicker to open the gate to get in. We misread and thought that the gate code opens the gate for parking. So, make sure you go in the house first to get the clicker. We had a 13 hour travel day and we so tired when we arrived and got frustrated when we couldn't open the gate and then realized we needed the clicker first. Secondly, and this is made very clear in the listing, there are lots of steps. It wasn't an issue for us, but carrying up a 45 lb suitcase a few flights may be an issue for some. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. The home is gorgeous, clean and well-appointed. The hosts are so responsive and we felt like if we needed anything, it wouldn't be a problem. Go to the very top and look out and see the Hollywood sign and have a relaxing time! This is the place to do it.

Fantastic condo in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to many areas. We loved the space. Yes, there are lots of stairs but was not a problem for us. Very convenient for 3 ppl with 3 beds and baths. Kitchen well appointed. Modern decor which we loved. Only issue was 3 electrical outlets did not work, we found circuit breaker and saw the breakers had been tripped so were able to fix. In the late hours of the nite, the fire alarm went off but there was no problem and it stopped on its own. There was no explanation, we are suspicious there may be electrical problems in the unit. There were no instructions how to escape in case of a fire so that could be improved. Even with all this, we would stay there again.

I can’t say more about how beautiful this space is in every way! From the living and kitchen area to the bedrooms, bathrooms, and upstairs roof deck, everything was luxurious, comfortable, and stylish! The only reason I gave a lower star rating to the accuracy of online listing was because the address reflected in the online listing is not the actual address of the building. However, the pictures and every other detail about the online listing is completely accurate! I will absolutely be returning to this property in the future if we are back in LA! We all loved everything about our stay!

Great walkable neighborhood, felt very safe walking it with my young children. House was very clean. Large rooms with lots of storage & we loved the rooftop area. Appreciated the garage & access with the chaos of Cali parking ! Overall great property.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Rosada. The property is as nice as advertised. Upon arrival we found easy access to the property and everything was clean. The garage parking was very convenient.

Nice property on a quiet street. We had a group of six and the property had everything we needed for a nice stay. Lots of stairs which were not a problem for our group, but it’s something to note if you have issues with stairs. Kitchen was well outfitted and functional. Rooftop area was also very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, modern place, perfect location for us. Well-appointed, had everything we needed, including coffee in the morning! Host was very responsive! Rooftop deck was amazing, beds very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here! I hope to return soon!

Great property and location. 2nd floor en-suite bathroom fan did not consistently work and missing part of shower door. We loved the rooftop patio.

We had a lovely stay. The unit was super clean and well stocked with soap for kitchen, bath and laundry. The beds were very comfortable. The roof top deck was a wonderful spot to chill out at the end of the day complete with comfy chairs and twinkly lights. Communication with the host was easy. The garage under the building was a nice addition because you did not have to fight for a spot on the street. All in all a great place to stay. The only drawbacks were that the location marked on the VRBO map was not accurate. The building is probably 2 miles inland. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, but not really walking distance to the beach. Also, lots of stairs. The apartment is stacked on top of itself which allows for privacy in the sleeping spaces but would not recommend staying here with your grandparents. All in all a fabulous rental. Would definitely go back to this spot again. Highly recommend!

Property management was very friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. From reservation, to the day before check-in, on checkout day and post stay. The location was a very unique experience for us. 5 stories of a building, a whole vertical slice from ground to sky. The rooftop hangout area was very much enjoyable and the location of the property felt quiet considering how much in the city proper it is. Short drive to the beach. Short drive to the airport. Short walk to some local businesses. Over all, I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family.

This property was beautiful and fit the needs of our group. However, the location was misleading on the app. When we paid we received an email stating the address was different. That was extremely disappointing. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place as pictured. I loved how fully equipped the home was. Every kitchen and bath essential was there and of good quality.

Great property, we stayed with two families as a wind down from Disney/Universal, quick driving distance to the beaches, food, and LAX.

We were in the area for a family vacation, the property was perfect for our stay. The check in process was easy, the property was very clean and was just as advertised. Communication with the manager was prompt and courteous. We highly recommend this property!

Very convenient location to the Getty, Sofi, Manhattan Beach, and West LA/Santa Monica… if you have mobility issues, I definitely do not recommend as there are lots of stairs! parking was excellent and very convenient. Don’t expect on street parking as the street is very busy. Slight issue with the mapped location with the Vrbo listing. as initially the location was closer to the actual marina itself not a big deal. We were busy as we saw The Weekend at Sofi, went to the Getty, went to Manhattan Beach and also Culver City and the location was perfect for all that.

We stayed at this modern and spacious home in LA for a family wedding, and it was a great fit for our group of six adults. The house was clean and well-designed and had enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. The location worked well for our needs, making it easy to get to family events and explore the area.The only downside was that we needed to do some work during the week, and the house didn’t have a dedicated desk or comfortable workspace.Overall, it’s an excellent rental for our family's stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed and more which is nice compared to other rentals we’ve stayed in that only have the bare minimum. The only negative is that the map of the location is misleading. This is not in Marina del Rey near the harbor as pictured on the map. Host was responsive and super helpful.

This property was just as presented in the listing. Clean, classy, spacious and great location. Perfect for our family of four (two adults and two teenagers) to use as our homebase as we toured LA area colleges.

The home was ultra modern in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. Rooftop area was great, beds were comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. Only complaint is that the pin in the map when booking appeared that the location was closer to the beach/marina than it actually is.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a relaxing and peaceful experience. The house itself felt new and modern, with comfortable beds and pillows. One of our favorite parts was the rooftop patio, providing us a view of Mount Lee and spotting the Hollywood sign. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a calm, stylish stay with a touch of classic LA scenery.

As advertised and a nice stay. We hit a patch of colder weather and were disappointed that the rooftop heater was not working, which seems to be a consistent problem. Other than that, great stay. Location is particularly convenient to LAX.

This is a nice place. It's nicely decorated and in a great location. Pretty close to everything for LA. Neighbourhood seemed safe and it was nice to have a garage. The kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. It was nice for each bedroom to have their own bathroom. It worked great for a family with 2 teens.We booked 8 months in advance. 3 weeks before we arrived, they cancelled on us. As I was scrambling to find something else, I found the same condo reposted for 1000 more. As there was limited availability left for spring break, I booked again. For an extra 1000!!! This should not be allowed.When we got there - the drain in the master bath didn't drain properly. (Likely full of hair). Also the AC on the roof deck was leaking water making the sitting area rug wet and gross to sit at as your feet were sitting in water. The outdoor heater also didn't work. I mentioned it to them and they sent a plumber to fix the drain and AC. Not sure what they did - the drain still didn't drain and the AC still leaked.The last 2 nights the smoke detector rang at 1AM. (They do this when they are expiring). When I mentioned this after the first night it happened, they said they would deal with it when we left and sorry for the inconvenience. Not nice to have the smoke detector wake you up twice in a row at 1AM. Would've been nice to have them switch it out.Overall a nice stay, and I would've overlooked the small things if they hadn't cancelled and charged us an extra 1000.

This property exceeded our expectations and desires for a luxurious stay away from home in Cali... perfectly located minutes away from LAX and other points of interest. The property was beautifully furnished & extremely clean. Garage and street parking were a plus and we enjoyed several awesome restaurants in close proximity. I would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Property itself is great, though lots of stairs to each level, the view from the terrace makes it worth it. Area lacks on restaurants open late for visitors used to later nights but had no issues safely walking around all times of the day.

We loved out 4 days in Del Ray. The house is amazing and the process was flawless. Recommend highly.

Easy check in, great communication with host, very nice to have a garage to park our car. Stairs were not a issue for us. Nice to have a large washer/dryer. From booking to check out, the property manager was very helpful. The house is simply gorgeous. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe.

The townhouse is bright and modern with very nice appointments. We felt special from the first moment we entered. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. The living space is comfortable. The bedrooms and baths are large, comfortable and pretty. The roof terrace is a knockout. Perfect location to visit LA.

The property itself was a great layout for six adults. Plenty of separation yet a common area to share. One thing that was represented online was that it was gated. However, the driveway gate is left open and the walkway gate does not lock. We had a full sized rental vehicle, Ford Expedition, that did not fit into the garage and other units did not park in their garages so sometimes it was tight parking. Finally the heater on the roof as well as the lights on the roof were not working when we arrived on Friday and we were told owners were aware. It took until Tuesday before they were repaired. We hit a cool week of weather, so we could not use it until the heater had been repaired. Enjoyed the rooftop everyday after that.

We had 5 adults and lived staying here. Seems brand new! Great kitchen and family room. Beds and pillows a dream. Quiet dead end street. Amazing roof patio with wonderful views. Enjoyed wine at night with a full moon and espresso at sunrise. Small problem with the parking gate was immediately dealt with. Definitely a 5 star rating!!

My friends and I had a delightful weekend staying at this wonderful condo. It was clean, well-appointed, and located in a safe neighborhood. We had a few questions during our stay, and the management company responded promptly and efficiently. The condo is conveniently close to many amenities and great restaurants. If we find ourselves in LA again, we will definitely return!

We are an adult family.of 4 and spent 8 nights in this property. Its actually located about 15 mins drive from Marina Del Ray and inland, but dont let that put you off. Its in a lovely, quiet and secure neighbourhood with its own integrated garage and gate. The house itself is better than you see in the photos, really tastefully done and great that everyone had their own bathrooms and bedrooms. Great facilities throughout the house, including the kitchen. We didn't walk to anything nearby, but it's really close to cafes, stores, restaurants and eat-out places, as well as good links to the freeway to get anywhere in LA. We'll definitely stay again in the future.

Our family had a fun stay in this home. It was conveniently located for our trips to Disneyland, SoFi, and Santa Monica! The property is very clean and very secure, in a very quiet neighborhood. The roof top deck has amazing views of downtown LA, however, if you aren’t a fan of stairs, beware, as this home is 5 stories with no elevator. The only issue we had was the prior tenants left the property in shambles and it took much longer for it to be cleaned. We were not able to get into the property until after our 4pm scheduled check in time which was a little disappointing since we have a 4 year old. Overall I would still give them a 5 star based on the value for the stay!

What a great place to stay in LA! The location was perfect for my family - close to the airport and to Venice and Santa Monica. The condo was beautiful and well-stocked. The soap and shampoo were the best I have ever used! The beds were super comfortable. The rooftop had exquisite views, especially at night. I had some special requests before our stay and they were very helpful to meet our needs.

We were a group of six adults from three sibling families to reunion in LA. We had a fantastic experience staying at house. The location was perfect. The space accommodated us comfortably with 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. We loved spending time on the rooftop to relax. This place surpassed our expectations. Highly recommended!

This property is great. It is clean and well-equipped. There were 6 adults in our group so the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The rooftop deck is super nice. The location was good for the activities we had planned. There are a lot of steps so if you have anyone who cannot do steps, I wouldn't recommend. Otherwise, we would gladly return.
