This cozy and very convenient 'Ground Floor' 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom home is the perfect family rental to enjoy South Padre Island to its fullest. The Condo has a large flat screen TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. One queen size bed in the main bedroom and one twin bed and a queen size bed in bedroom #2. There is a vertical washer and dryer center conveniently located in the home and close to the bedrooms.

Stayed May 23, 2024Very clean, and well stocked supplys to last the entire stay. Neighborhood was calm, quiet, and felt safe. Could see the firework show from rental. Pool had lights for night use. Very short distance walk to beach acess. Overall a great stay.

Stayed Jul 25, 2023Everything was clean & organized. Access to the property was easy check in. All anemities needed are provided & the pool was a nice addition. Super close to the beach access #16- 3-4 minute walk! Great experience, will be back in the future.

Stayed Jul 27, 2021It was a good first-floor place to stay with someone who has to use a walker. The half bath was a plus with the size of the group. Unfortunately, the people on the top floor had too many in and out and a child who ran all day! The fight they had at night was not nice.
