This cozy and very convenient 'Ground Floor' 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom home is the perfect family rental to enjoy South Padre Island to its fullest. The Condo has a large flat screen TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. One queen size bed in the main bedroom and one twin bed and a queen size bed in bedroom #2. There is a vertical washer and dryer center conveniently located in the home and close to the bedrooms.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025This was our first time to SPI, Texas as a whole for that matter. We received a huge welcome by century record rain with flash flooding and spent our 1st night in the airport:/Roberto was so caring and very responsive. We extended our trip and Roberto graciously gave us 1 night with no charge to “makeup” for our loss in the beginning. Pool and patio area offered such reprieve after a long day exploring or having a slow start in the morning. There was beeaxh access less than a block away which was a plus! If we find our selves back IN SPI we definitely will contact Roberto to book lodging!

Stayed May 19, 2024We enjoyed our recent stay here. The condo was clean and check in was much smoother than I've had at other locations. Roberto was very attentive to any issues we had & quick to remedy any problems. The pool was so nice after a day at the beach & having an outdoor shower was amazing to get ALL of the sand off. Our suggestion would be to have hooks to hang towels & swimsuits on and maybe a shower curtain out there. I was also very happy to be able to bring my dog along. He had a great time too! The beach is a short walk away if you aren't carrying too many things!

Stayed May 1, 2024Place is nice and clean, 3 min walk to beach, very convenient. Pool area was clean as well! Enjoyed every minute at SPI. Check in and out was smooth, We'll be back for sure!

Stayed Dec 1, 2023Roberto was an excellent host, helping us multiple times during our December stay. The beach access is a short walk and we found it less crowded than other spots on the island. Having a grill on the pool deck is a great amenity for those longer stays. Thanks again Roberto for making our stay amazing.

Stayed Jul 16, 2023Overall the property was exactly what we were looking for . Private ( semi ) pool , quick walk to beach and restaurants . The unit is dated but it was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again ! Thanks for a great get away .
