Casa El Encanto | Mavila Luxury Resort Condo

All went well with our stay. The condo was large and spacious for 5 people. Enjoyed the pool and gated location

We loved this place. Highly recommend. Great communication and easy access. Really great location.

This place is very clean and in a great location to everything. The entire resort was very nice, including the Adults Only resort at the beach we got to use. Just a couple issues with check in because the cleaning crew forgot to unlock the main door lock. We had to contact the property manager for them to unlock the door. Once we got the hang of it, we were good.There should be instructions for the washer/dryer combo. We could never figure out how to get it to just dry the clothes w/o washing them first.The furniture in the living room is not comfortable. We ended up taking the chairs from the master bedroom into the living room so we could watch television when we were in the condo. They had Netflix, which was nice. The pillows were incredibly soft too. Wish there was a combination of soft and firm pillows. After the 2nd night, I put a pillowcase on one of the decorative pillows to sleep.The kitchen was great. We had everything we needed to make breakfasts and some dinners while we were there. And having 3 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms was awesome. And the outdoor covered courtyard was awesome. We used this area a lot. It was too bad we couldn't BBQ because only owners can BBQ. We usually like to grill steaks or seafood on vacation. Not a big deal but wish we had known that.Having the pool right outside the front door was incredibly convenient. We could just pop back into the condo to refresh a drink or use the bathroom.We would stay again.

Our stay was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The place was inviting, peaceful, spacious, clean and comfortable. But more importantly, the property manager and concierge were super accessible, helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend!

We stayed at this property the first week of March 2025 and found this to be a very quiet, clean and friendly community. The property is exactly as pictured with nice large rooms and a fantastic kitchen. Having the pool right out your front door was fantastic however the pool was very cold and the hot tub was warm at best.We experienced a minor glitch with the check-in process as it seemed we had been provided conflicting information but we quickly figured it out. We never met the property manager or anyone from the rental company however they provided a wonderful app that had lots of information. The only thing lacking was better instructions on how to book a cab. Given there are three security gates they must pass through it was very confusing and difficult to get transportation. If we return we will rent a golf cart to get around Quivira, and walk out to the first gate to meet a cab or ride share (just wish there were sidewalks to the gate). Shout out to Elvis at Mavila security gate! He was friendly, helpful and fantastically patient with all our questions. We also loved the access to visit the resorts within Quivira and quickly fell in love with 'The Market' at Sunset. It was also a nice change to visit the very busy pools at Sunset a couple of days.Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely visit again. (In fact, I've already shared the property information with friends and family ;)

The unit was a nice design, modern, well-built, clean and ideal for a group that wants to be all on one floor.The promised shuttle service did not exist, and all the property managers would do is offer to rent a car for 100 a day or a golf cart for 55 a day. Other developments serviced by the same shuttle system would not help out. You will need a car or plan to pay 40-80 for cabs. The development is not in easy or safe walking distance to anything. I would not choose this unit again because of the location. Generally, the staff Ale and Slyvia were fairly and quickly responsiveYou will hear the upstairs neighbors walking around and their dogs barking. Very little sound proofing.

We liked that it was one floor and close to pool BUT, we never used the beautiful pool because it was ice cold the whole time. In fact in the month we were there, about10 people dipped in and out. Even the kids used the hot tub. The last couple days we didn’t have a shuttle anywhere either and had to use a taxi just to go to the other places within the complex.

Nice condo in a great location

Amazing stay! Wish it was a little close to water but still an amazing stay!

Resort and condo were beautiful. However, not without problems. Advertising made it appear that resort was close to the beach and wharf area. It was 17 miles to get to the resort area. It took us 45 minute wait at the gate before we were allowed in to our condo, don’t know what the problem was. Our condo had a key pad to enter, it was so scratched up, we rarely could get it open on the 5th or 6th try. Otherwise the place was beautiful. I would stay closer to the action should I go again.

Great 3 bedroom Condo. Originally we thought this was the Mavila condos down closer to the sunset beach resort. This is the Mavila condos located up the hill closer to Cabo Centro. You do need a rental car if you want to do anything outside the condo. Overall great place for the money and very clean. Pool is nice and is right out the door steps away. Ali was awesome and will accommodate any requests you may have during your stay!!
