Stayed May 19, 2023Close to Universal & Sea World parks, in a nice community, and a good value for a family stay. The photos are similar but multiple units are rented by this property manager so not exactly like the model but similar enough. Everything was clean and in good working order, except the garage door but there is room in the driveway for two cars plus additional parking nearby. Communication with property manager was top notch and the overall experience was smooth and flawless. Would recommend and rent again when staying in the area.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property looks nice in pics but it has multiple issues. Our refrigerator was broken and had obviously been broken before. The solution was first to bring me a bag of ice and then bring two dorm refrigerators. The couches are breaking in the frame, coffee pot was broken, and the garbage disposal had a strong odor. After hours of trading texts with property manager; I was finally moved to a new unit. I think they just switched my reservation with someone else’s, leaving them with 2 dorm refrigerators. The unit appears nice with newish furnishings and decor, but it needs a lot of TLC.

Stayed Jun 14, 2022We didn’t feel the property matched the photos. It was in need of serious updating and was overall pretty beat up. Upon checking in we went to the grocery store, came back and found the fridge to be broken. The situation was not given priority and we lost all of the cold food purchased. After several attempts to get resolution I walked to the HOA office and then someone came out. He stated that there were no parts and stuffed a bag in the ice maker to help with the frosting over/air flow. After that it got a little cooler but then never made Ice and food was lost. The floors, doorways and bathrooms were not clean. All of the master bath cabinets paint was literally falling off the doors (unsafe with a baby). Super hot upstairs- not properly cooled being an old house. Overall disappointment.
