Casa Atlantica: A studio condo on the Atlantic shore of Key West

Loved everything about it except the many steps to climb. We got a good workout but the view was worth it.

Great place! Nothing like watching the sun rise while laying in bed!! Or walking to the deck for an even better view!!

The view was spectacular. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning and watching the water activities during the day. The layout of the studio condo was very comfortable and spacious.

Check on process was super easy. We were able to store our bags at their intown office until the unit was ready.

Awesome trip. Great location and accommodations. I highly recommended renting bikes to get around the island.

Close to the water and beaches

Great balcony and views! Waking up to the sunrise everyday was fantastic! Higgs Beach nice and very close!

View was amazing!!! Good communication from the host through email. Well stocked. Clean.

The view never failed and we loved the location. It was perfect for us! Very clean. There want a dresser, so we left our clothes in our suite cases. The three flights up to the unit were fine and fun for us, but could be challenging for some. We will definitely book again!

The location was beautiful and the room, amenities and the view from the balcony were exactly as depicted in the pictures. The stay was very comfortable and private. We met the groundskeeper Eric who was also very nice and welcoming.

We had a wonderful time, we enjoyed the beautiful views.

This property most definitely served its purpose of relaxation and quiet, with beautiful views of the water in the morning and a bright star filled sky at nightHigh up on the third floor above the water with a magnificent view. The wind kept the smell of the seaweed at bay most of the time. The first night there was an uninvited visitor, a water bug that slipped in the sheets and scared the bejeus out of me and my partner. Needless to say the waterbug met Jesus that night.The bed was too soft for my body, I like a firm bed and although the sheets were clean and plentiful (extra linen in the bathroom) some were stained. I reached out to the management company the next day to report the uninvited visitor and also that a lighting cover had fallen in the bathroom and the inside of the garbage can cover was moldy. (I don't know who their cleaning service is, but they need to do better). They never responded.Otherwise, I wholeheartedly enjoyed this little piece of heaven, away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. It was a quick walk, less than half a mile to the nearest beach and that was great. Not that I came to watch the television that was provided, but almost every channel was a subscription, I didn't understand that. I enjoyed the kitchen and all the necessary pots, pans, plates, mugs and utensils that I needed to prepare my meals and really appreciated that there was ice in the ice tray upon my arrival. Thank you for a great time.

Number 1 issue it’s on the 3rd floor and no elevator. The intercom and door unlock to allow guest in does not work so you have to go down then back up 3 flats of stairs. I have a bad knee and so does the wife. Once at the top it’s great. Very cozy and relaxing to watch the water and all the activities going on. Room is well equipped and furnished but the mattress has seen its better days. Also closet storage is very limited. All that being said we had a great time and the view and location make up for the other mentioned issues. It’s private and serine. I tried to add photos but they were too big for the app.

The description of the property listed and what we actually got was far from the truth. There is no direct access to the beach, lacked cleanliness and the host would not respond until a few messages were sent. This would be the ideal place if a few things were addressed. We did love the view and the fact we had easy access to fishing from the property. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay. Only challenge was at check out it wanted us to checkout using a portal but the email didn’t provide a link. Great vacation!

Overall it was very nice. However, one problem was infestation of termites one evening. We were told to dim lights and put water in buckets so the termites would drown.Also the third floor had 6 flights of stairs!Otherwise, all was excellent.

Really enjoyed Key West. The area is bustling, but this location is not. Seem like we were able to enjoy the bar scene, shopping, sunsets, etc, but then come home and have a glass of wine staring out at the ocean, watching birds, boats and the beauty of the area. Will definitely return next year - thanks!

We rented a golf cart and found it to be a convenient location to get away from all the business of Duval street but close enough to get there quickly. The 3rd floor view was amazing. Wish the sliding doors has screens so we could listen to the ocean free of worries of bugs or anything else getting in. Overall we enjoyed our time at the studio condo.

This was our second time staying here and we will be back. Doesn’t get much better on Key West just what we needed. Quiet escape with beautiful views of the ocean

Perfect for us! The Sunrises and Sunsets were amazing!!! We were able to get away from the hustle and bustle when needed and enjoy peace and quiet at this condo. Everything worked and plenty of hot water for wonderful showers. Just give it a few minutes to warm up. The 3rd floor view is worth the steps, but can be challenging for some I’m sure. We had such a great time!!!

The worst part of staying here was the 45 steps to the unit. The Unit was not the best but the spectacular view and the beaches made it all worthwhile.

Great little private ocean-front condo for a sunny escape from the cold north! Well furnished, and the kitchen is adequately equipped for cooking. The patio is perfect for fresh air and sunshine and listening to the waves lapping the shore. There was a dank smell in the unit when we arrived, but with a couple of days of being in and out and patio doors open for fresh air, the smell in the unit was much improved. Communication was great, with any messages promptly answered. Overall we loved our stay 2

If you are looking for a beautiful view where you can hear the ocean this is the place for you. We would love to book this property again. Very clean and private.

Great property. Cigarette smoke ruined the stay. Management did their best.

The unit was nice and clean overall. The cabinets had a funky smell. We were there during a hurricane so the property/Beach was quite a mess. Not used to all the humidity so I was cold and hot through my stay and couldn't seem to figure the right temperature on the unit. Also, water came in the unit by the sliding glass doors a little, but was easily cleaned up.

The listing was incorrect on the description of what it was….3 floors no elevator and the stairs were like 2 and 1/2 feet wide….they only gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days and it was 1 ply……and they said on site parking but only for the full time resident on the ground floor…. And they wouldn’t let us park or charge the golf cart that we ended up renting for the entire week because this is not within walking distance of Duval st….

We had a great time at the property, especially enjoying its direct location on the ocean—not across the street. We happened to stay during Tropical Storm (Hurricane Helene), which raised concerns for water coming into the room (which we mopped to keep it under control), our car, and potential flooding. Fortunately, a local person was kind enough to provide guidance. It would have been helpful to receive information about parking at the high school for situations like this. There are a few things to consider for future stays: there are no curtains on the windows, which made it hard to sleep in during the morning and raised some privacy concerns, as other guests can access the balcony. While we understand the limited outdoor furniture during the storm, there were two beautiful days afterward when more seating would have been appreciated. Storage space was a bit tight, with limited areas for suitcases and belongings. The TV unit could be removed in favor of a smart TV mounted on the wall, making room for a credenza with drawers, offering additional space for clothes and personal items. The bathroom & closet layout could be improved to make better use of the generous space. Lastly, there was a homeless man staying in a closet under the units. While unexpected, he appeared to be harmless and even helpful cleaning up the property. Overall, it’s a lovely location with some room for improvement in terms of comfort and amenities.

We had an amazing time in Key West!! This Condo was absolutely beautiful! The view was breathtaking and I mean breathtaking!!! People around the area very friendly. The only thing that was missed was a swimming pool. And it’s no fault to the owners… you can’t really help that. Lol. But what would be a really cool thing would be if you had some stuff for the ocean!! Like snorkel gear, paddle board, kayaks, ect. Nothing fancy, just some fun cheap gear!!! This place was amazing!!!! 5 stars all the way!!!! Thank you so much for allowing me to stay here!!!! I had a wonderful time!!!

Had a great wedding and honeymoon. Highly recommend, has an old world key west feel. Veery private yet cliee to everything.

Amzing views. Great customer service with host. Would recommend renting bikes. Everything is about a 10min ride or less.
