Stayed Feb 1, 2026The view was spectacular; unfortunately it was the only redeeming quality about this condo. Four flights of steps with no railing to get to second floor. Inner doors wouldn’t close for bathroom privacy; bathtub (with shower) so steep you had to climb in and out and feared falling with every move; left sliding door to balcony wouldn’t open; indoor rugs frayed; furniture incredibly uncomfortable, brick floors were filthy, and to top it off, I found the coffee maker full of old grounds. The place could be wonderful if it was renovated properly.

To start, it is on the quite side of Key West and a quick bike ride to the busy side of Duval Street, Mallory Square, etc…With floor to ceiling glass the view is like being on a boat. Unobstructed view of the water. Outstanding.The photos we have of sunrise and sunset are among our best.

Stayed Jul 28, 2025The property was clean. The view was amazin. We did NOT enjoy the smell when we go outside and love the balcony but could not enjoy sitting out there. Enjoyed everything but seaweed and smell.

Stayed May 21, 2025The view was accurate in the listing and the ratings were accurate, but not 100% transparent. The photos deceived the bathroom situation. The shower head was just a trickle. The tub/bath was in the middle of the room. Sheets and towels were clean but stained. Overall, the we had a great stay, but we would not stay here again unless it was updated.

Stayed Feb 11, 2025My husband and I decided to take a last minute vacation to relax and get away. This place was perfect and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Close to beach activities. Bed was comfortable. Only thing(s) I can say that were negative (and I am not changing the star rating because it isn't a game changer) is the living room furniture was uncomfortable and outdated. The parking, having to park across the street and around the corner. It would be nice if the city would clean up the seaweed on what little beach there is so you can relax in the sand.
