Casa al Mare – Premier True Beachfront Living in Vero Beach! Steps to sand!

Our stay was perfect, great location, beautiful accommodations. Roxana was promptly responsive to our needs. We will definitely return.

What a heavenly place to spend a month! The condo was excellent with new appliances and everything a person could need. The views of the ocean with breathtaking. The beds and linens were luxurious many pillows to choose from. I can’t say enough about this gorgeous calendar. A wonderful location for Eating establishments. Thank you Roxana ? for yone

My husband and I had a work/vacation month at the Casa. The weather was beautiful, the pool was refreshing, the ocean views were amazing! Roxana was the best host ever especially given that I am extremely picky and allergic to everything (dogs, cats, trees, grass, etc.). When I asked about non feather pillows, she ran out and purchased four of the most amazing nonallergic pillows just for my stay! I did purchase a few hand towels and face clothes as I like to use those daily. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Beach chairs and supplies were all easily accessible in the storage unit. There was construction happening at the condo which made working difficult as it was loud from 8:30 to 5, but Roxanna warned me well in advance. And I suppose property upkeep is necessary and this is their slower months. The Co-Op’s shared pool area definitely needs more sun umbrellas and new chairs. However, this is not in Roxanna’s control but more of a note for the co-op association and their budget. Walks along the board walk into town after working all day were an enjoyable way of getting in daily exercise. The bunnies hopping around the grass were a beautiful distraction while I sat working ?. This co-op does not have a gym, so if you need weight lifting in your routine you will have to find a gym elsewhere. Luckily, I was able to do my Zumba classes and stretches on site via laptop. The unit is a perfect size for two or couple with one or two children, more than that would be cramped. If you are older and have trouble walking it may be a bit challenging to get from the parking lot to the unit as the unit is the closest one to the water (furthest from the Parking). Although, once you are at your unit the pool and ocean are at your feet! There is an elevator and a shopping cart which really help with bringing in groceries from the car. We found it was only a 10-15 min drive to Publix for supplies and whatever else you may need. Five minutes down the road is a convenient CVS. Ocean Avenue is charming and choice of restaurants is plentiful. We loved Pomodoro Grill for Italian food. This was my first time using VRBO and going to Vero Beach and will not be my last. Roxanne really is a supreme host. ❤️

Truly the best home and location in Vero Beach! Exceptionally clean modern home. Few steps to the beach! Love it! We enjoyed our stay!

This adorable beach home is simply magical! If I could give it 6 stars I would!! Pristine in every way, this condo has been renovated from top to bottom and is straight out of a magazine! The decor is modern and chic with new, high end finishes. The location is quite literally the best spot in Vero. The unit is located DIRECTLY on the beach with walls of large sliders in the living room and master bedroom that open to the most stunning ocean views and picturesque sunrises! The pool is located directly adjacent to the condo (maybe 5 steps away) and is large, heated and perfectly maintained as well. The condo has been newly renovated by owners with impeccable taste. The large Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams sectional is the most comfortable sofa you will ever sit on and creates the perfect spot to curl up while listening to the waves crash. The bedrooms have amazing beds you’ll sink into, gorgeous linens and large TVs. The bathrooms have been completely renovated and are beautiful as well. Perfect 10 for cleanliness and, literally every amenity you could need is provided (kitchen is fully stocked, plus you’ll find a George Forman electric grill, plenty of beach towels and even a beach cabana!). The icing on the cake is that the owners could not be more amazing to work with! Their hospitality was second to none - we literally felt as if we were family staying in their beach home! Can’t rate this property high enough. Hope we can be fortune enough to be back next winter!
