Stayed Aug 3, 2025The location was good, the kitchen was easy to work in, and we had plenty of room. The only problem we had was the exceptionally loud A/C unit, as well as the fan in the bathrooms. Thanks -

Stayed Jun 7, 2025Upon arrival we found the front 2 rooms were extremely hot, the AC was on 70 but those back 2 rooms were not cool at all. The pull out sofa in the living room was completely broken and unable to be used. Contacted management and was told a new one would be brought up. It took 3 days to get one and when they delivered it they placed it in front of the broken one and left. The next day they came back and moved the broken sofa into the front room entrance and left. We also informed them that the dryer did not work and overheated. They sent service to look at it, found it was the element and needed replaced. At the time of our check out that was never completed, so we went last 4 days without a dryer. The location of this condo and the hotel itself was perfect. We were very disappointed in our accommodations and it made for a rough stay with 3 small children. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, however customer service was poor at best.

Stayed Jul 24, 2024The Carousel is a great place to stay. This unit is very roomy. We had some issues, especially with the A/C but the company representing the owners were very responsive.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Location and amenities were great. The unit set up was ok but no kitchen island and no Peninsula. Only seating area was a table for six. Kind of strange since it sleeps twelve. The air conditioning was a problem. In order to have any a/c in third bedroom and entry den area you had to freeze in the front part of condo. At one point it was 90 degrees in third bedroom. We should have guess there was a problem when we checked in and there were four box fans in the closet. I would not rent this unit again without a guarantee that the a/c was fixed and there was more seating for meals. It would be hard not to have a good time on OC regardless of the Accommodations. Sun, sand, ocean, food, good friends and family.

Stayed Aug 12, 2024This property is very dated and was very dirty when we arrived. Ceiling fans caked with dirt, paint just thrown on the walls, hair and dirt in medicine cabinets. Half of the amenities did not work properly. Not sure how it even passes inspection when the electrical outlets are falling out of the wall and the faucets on the tub are broken & rusty. A plastic tea jug was placed underneath the drain pipes in the master bathroom to catch the leaks. We were VERY disappointed in this condo and the service that went with it as I reached out to VRBO, Seaside Vacations and the property owner and no response. For the price you pay, it is DEFINITELY not worth it, do NOT waste your money!
