Nestled in the pines, this comfortable southern facing unit is done has been recently updated and has nice forest/lake views. The open living area on the mid level includes a high end Ethan Allen sectional sofa, new Samsung smart HDTV and full updated bath, remodeled kitchen, and dining room for 6.

Downstairs level includes two bedrooms and a full bath. The first room off the entrance has 2 twin beds. The Master is at the end of the hall with King bed and beautiful forest/lakeview balcony, full bath attached. Stacked washer/dryer. Loft upstairs with Queen bed and TV. Gas BBQ on the deck, and homeowner association amenities include pool, sauna, hot tub, basketball and tennis courts, pool table and arcade games in the recreation building. Great summer and winter location!

- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Street parking is prohibited year-round.

    We were not real impressed with the unit. When I shared my feedback with the rental management company I was told the pictures represented the unit. The bathrooms and kitchen were upgraded; however the rest of the townhome is not. There is very little space to sit outside because the balcony is small. The four of us could not fit on one. The unit has two so we split and sat at each and talked. Hard to describe but not a nice place to sit outside and enjoy he view. The rental company offered a refund but since we didn't have another place to stay (obviously) we decided to spend most of our vacation outside of the unit. I will not be back, and since I left a not so nice review I'm sure not welcome to do so.

    Fun place to stay with friends and family! Lovely location - just outside of the towns but still close enough to everything on the North side of the lake. Lovely and quiet and clean.

    Enjoyed the fireplace and seating area. Kitchen is minimally stocked so expect to bring most supplies, but it served our needs and is in a good location.

    It’s a great cozy apartment. It is near town, and it was very easy access. Close to the boat docks, and great food all around.

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Before renting I read many reviews about the walk from the parking area to the home. I don’t mind going up and down hill-but that path would benefit from smoothing out., I think it’s a hazard. The temperatures happened to be extremely warmer than normal when we were there and without air conditioning it was miserably hot in there. I made a phone call and Shaun went to the store and brought us 2 more fans (as there was only 1) that helped. The kitchen had what we needed for utensils-pots pans etc. the carpet was stained and smelly. I was told it was scheduled to be cleaned.... Too bad it was apparently after our stay. Location was good despite all the construction noise throughout the night.

    There wasn’t air conditioning or paddle fans to help circulate anir. Only 1 portable fan. Very uncomfortable, hard to sleep. The home is a little dated. Overall we had a good time.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here when we were in town for a wedding. We had 3 adults and a baby and found it incredibly comfortable and convenient. The rental group was responsive and communicative and it had everything we needed!
