As you enter the large living room you are greeted by a sea wall mural from a local artist and the views out from the sliders leading to the balcony.

Main level features an updated kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room, half bath and sliders out to the deck with the beautiful views. Main deck balcony features 2 lounge chairs plus2 more straight chairs, BBQ grill and that great view!

Steps down to the lower level lead to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen bed, AC, ceiling fan, private bath and sliders out to the ocean view.

The second bedroom features two twin size beds, AC, ceiling fan and private bath.
The condo is completely air conditioned.

All amenities for enjoyment have been provided including wireless internet, BBQ grill on the deck, washer/dryer in the unit and more. Condo grounds feature large pool, seasonal restaurant on grounds, close proximity to beaches, other restaurants, town.

The kitchen was Dirty! Dirty dishes in the caninets to just plain out dirty cabinets inside and out. No pots and pans. The half bath was not usable as the drain for the sink was not hooked up so water ran straight out on the floor. The toilet blew a hose. The screen doors for theastwr bedroom was not usable due to BIG gaps and not lining up correct. Then lets talk about the bugs nope i will not renting this unit again

Fridge was full of old food, cockroaches were around seals of fridge, dirty dishes in dishwasher, sheets were dirty on beds, some plumbing drain fixtures were leaking, including toilet seals.
