Everything about this property is amazing…from the breathtaking views and thoughtful layout to the outstanding amenities. We loved watching the sunrise and dolphins from the screened-in porch, and falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing in the background. While temperatures were a bit chilly during much of our stay, the incredible views still made it feel like a true beach getaway. After vacationing in NSB for over 40 years, this is easily one of our top locations. Thank you to our gracious hosts. We truly hope to stay again soon.

Wonderful stay and property. Very well maintained and accomodating

The location to beach and town is awesome. We did pull dishes and pans from the cupboards that needed to be recleaned. There is not a single blow dryer in the house and the refrigerator is small for 8 adults. .. Haven't stayed anywhere in a very long time including that didn't provide a blow dryer. Overall our stay was really good. The owner was super responsive.

My family and I have been coming to New Smyrna Beach for twenty years, and this is one of the best places we've stayed in that time. It is perfect for 6-8 people. The place was spotless upon arrival, and the two living areas are great for kids and adults. The views from the living room and screened porch are fantastic. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Seawinds is, without a doubt, our favorite place to stay when we visit NSB! From the moment we arrive, we feel completely at ease. The condo is spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay. Waking up each morning to the sound of the ocean and enjoying our coffee on the screen porch overlooking the waves is the best way to start the day.The direct beach access is unbeatable. We love how quiet and laid-back it feels compared to some of the busier spots nearby. We’ve been coming to Seawinds for sometime now, and it truly feels like our little slice of paradise. Can’t wait to come back and make more memories!

We have vacationed at NSB for many years having stayed in several beachside condos and houses. This townhouse was excellent. The location was perfect as the unit abuts the beach, the small number of units in the complex and the size of the property. We really enjoyed the space it offered and the access to the beach, pool and tennis/pickleball court.The space downstairs worked out well for our 3 teenagers and we only used two of the bedrooms on the main floor. Plenty of beach towels and seating on the porch. Recommend that you bring your own beach chairs.

This was the most enjoyable week at the beach we have had in years. The condo was perfect! The location and the way the condo is set up is brilliant. Hoping to book for next year.

We love your property with the exception of good sleep for 3 couples. The 3rd bedroom upstairs and the extra bedroom downstairs are not a good sleep for 70 year olds.We stayed last year as well and found that to be true last year also. The beds in both of the above mentioned bedrooms are very small and most often someone ends up on a couch with very little sleep.

We loved having the space for our family. 5 adults and a toddler. Great access to the beach. Only complaint would be the pool seemed to be heated even in the summer.

We rented two condos at this location, and both were excellent and more than that expectations

The property is exactly as described . Great place so close to ocean , feel very safe . Pool is nice beach never crowded. We have stayed here several times and we never look anywhere else ! Perfect

we stayed at the property for a week over the 4th of July holiday together with another family. (4 adults and 4 kids total.) there was more than enough space for everyone to sleep, shower, hang out, eat, exist in the condo without ever feeling too cramped. the condo was also stocked with amenities and the location is unbeatable. the kids could come and go from the beach to the condo on their own as the porch was visible from the beach and vice versa. overall everyone had an amazing time and we cannot wait until our trip back next summer!

This is our most favorite place to stay at NSB. It is perfect for families and we have loved making lasting memories here! The location is perfection, the view is magnificent and the accommodations are, bar none!

We try to make time at the beach with our family every year - This condo is the perfect space for multi-generational family time. The unit is beautiful and comfortable. The location with the porch walkout to the ocean or pool is perfect. This is one of our favorite spots!
