Captiva @ Eagles Landing Townhouse - 3 pools, tennis, parking, 1 mile to beach

I stayed with a group of 10 and we really enjoyed this place. The location was great and the townhome was spacious. It had everything we needed. I would stay again.

We absolutely loved this home for our family stay. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, lots of room, comfy beds and such a great kitchen supplied with all you will need to cook or bake. I mile from the beach/board walk, nearby outlets and restaurants. The community pool was beautiful and right across the street from our front door. I can’t say enough about this home. We will rebook for sure!

Amazing home. Beautifully decorated, super clean, so much room to gather, cook and sleep. Pool was right outside the front door so that was great. Very nice pool also and community of people. Had every supply needed to cook in the kitchen. Board walk and beach 1 mile away. I can’t say enough…we will rebook for sure.

Loved it!! Exactly as expected

Three generations had an amazing time together!! Lots of laughter and beautiful memories made! The home was spacious enough to enjoy time as a whole group and also allowed for privacy for individual families. (The bathrooms connected to each bedroom was a major plus!) Very close location to local grocery stores, restaurants, etc. A quick drive to both Dewey and Rehoboth areas. We also enjoyed a relaxing pool day right on the property! Looking to book again for next summer!

Just loved this vacation home. Accommodations were first class, very clean, not far from the beach and shopping, and the pool was just outside the front door...highly recommend..we're considering reupping next summer!

The house was perfect for our entire family. It had plenty of room to accommodate us all, quiet and was clean and had everything my family needed for a perfect vacation! My family and grandchildren had a fabulous time in the pool. We had such a great time we maybe back next year!

House was nice and clean, plenty of beds and TVs throughout. Wii games and lots of board games for kids. Right across from pool entrance, location was perfect - quick drive to all the boardwalk has to offer. Would stay here again!

We Loved everything about it! The house was exactly as advertised! My family was so comfortable and that was important because staying together made our holiday so much easier than being in separate hotel rooms. We have a new tradition!

This property is clean, spacious, beautifully appointed and located in a quiet community. The home comes equipped with tons of amenities, comfortable beds/furniture, and a community pool located directly across from the home. Our combined family vacation of 9 people had plenty of space to sleep, relax, and unwind. The home is also conveniently located with Rehoboth Beach and Coastal Highway just a short car ride away. Highly recommend this property - clean, quiet, and comfortable

We really enjoyed staying here. The community itself was very quiet. It wasn't far from the main highway or beach, but you couldn't hear any road noise. We really liked having the pool as a option as well. The home itself had plenty of space for 5 adults and 1 child. We did have to do quite a bit of impromptu baby proofing as there were lots of breakable knick-knacks around the house for decor. It wasn't an issue, though. Also, we didn't open most of the cabinets or drawers in the living/family rooms until the last day. We wished we would've checked sooner as there were so many board and card games! Missed opportunity on our part, so definitely check that out.

Everything worked out well

House has tons of room. Every bedroom has a bathroom attached. Good for multiple couples / friends. Spacious down stairs hang out area in living room and kitchen. Our baby was sleeping in one of the bedrooms and was not disturbed by the adults staying up late. Check in and check out very easy. Parking outside the front door. Less than 10 min drive to beach. Pool was very nice, 20 steps from our front door. Definitely would stay again!

If you need room for a group of people this is it! Very accommodating, clean and thoughtfully arranged.
