Beach Villas 2527 is located in the Beach Villas area of the largest resort on Captiva and is directly on the beach. The unit is a one bedroom condominium located on the second floor of a stilt building, there is an elevator available. The beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico, along with the condo pool can be viewed from the private lanai. This unit is recently updated. This comfortable unit has one king size bed located in the bedroom and pull out queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchenis fully stocked, there is an inside and outside dining table for your enjoyment. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are provided with the stay. In addition, you will have access to the beach, pool, pickleball, tennis courts and BBQ grills located in the front of the unit. There are many great restaurants located in the Captiva center area off Andy Rosse Lane.
