Stayed Jan 15, 2026My friends and I had a great time. The Caprice Resort couldn't be more convenient to get to the volleyball courts at Upham Park. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. This was the fourth time we've stayed at the Caprice and every time it's been a pleasure.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025Good communication, room not very clean and needs updating, pull out couch not good for sleeping. Location very good, grills on site were nice. 800 in total fees (Host service). Parking was good.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024We weren’t sure if this trip would happen due to the hurricanes. But it did. We were moved from a first floor unit that had some damage, to a fourth floor unit. The beach was beautiful and very clean. They have done a wonderful job. There is lots of damage and deviation still, but they are making progress in the area. Leann, in the rental office was wonderful as usual. She let us have a late checkout since our flight wasn’t until evening time. The pool wasn’t open, but it looked like they were getting close. We assumed it wouldn’t be open yet. Wasn’t a bad g deal for us.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Leanne at the front desk was wonderful. She suggested many places to visit and restaurants to eat at. She is very professional and wonderful to interact with. Her attitude showed that she really wanted you to have a great stay. Will be back and hope to see her again!!
