Excellent stay. Beautiful property and very clean

Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The unit we stayed in (607) was very nice! It was not cluttered with unnecessary furniture and decor. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was nicely updated!

The pool/hottub is not on site,.. this wasnt clear. You have to go to a property behind the Capri by the Sea. The Queen bed is actually two twins pushed together, and kind of smelled? The kitchen had 2 (we stayed 3 nights) worth of coffee packets. Not stocked with any kitchen items that would be helpful in keeping clean,- tin foil, seran wrap, or even tupperware. There was no comforter for.the pull out sofa, only 2 heavy kinda scratchy wooly blankets. I originally had reservations next door at Pacific Terrace but there was going to be construction. Super bummed because for less, we could have had much more. Overall the place was.clean and quiet but thats it. Wouldn't stay here again for the cost. Beautiful view 10/10.

We've had a timeshare here since I was a kid and nothing has changed for my kids. It's a wonderful place to be especially the pool in Jacuzzi and being so close to the water. It's amazing and fobbing in to the doors means that there's lots of protection.

My recent stay at Capri By The Sea in Pacific Beach, California, was nothing short of excellence. Accompanied by my twin brother and his family—who journeyed from Chicago—we indulged in a memorable celebration of our birthdays within the beach front, spacious high rise condos. The ocean view condos provided a mesmerizing view of the Pacific, perfectly complementing our time spent playing in the water. The accommodations were perfectly maintained but also offered every modern convenience, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience. Overall, Capri By The Sea delivered an memorable birthday celebration making our stay truly exceptional.

We stayed for a long week in October and absolutely loved it. It was less crowded on the beach, but the weather was beautiful. Highly recommend.

This property had filthy floors and the upholstery on the furniture didn't feel clean either. The kitchen and bathrooms are out of date. The pictures are way better than the property. The keys were not in the lockbox as described in the instructions when we got there. Also, the parking space assigned to this location is in between a concrete wall and a concrete pillar and is tiny. We had to exchange our rental car so we could fit it in the parking space.

Love this place. Great location right by the beach. It's super close to Kono's as well. Breakfast burritos every morning.

Loved our room (607) and if/when we come back we would try to get the same room. Great decor and conveniences! The view can NOT be beat and the location is spot-on.

The stay was very nice. I do not have any complaints about the stay. I would of liked to of had check out procedures sooner. I had already checked out by the time they were sent. It would have been nice to have been nice to of had them the night before.

Stayed in Capri by the Sea with my sister to celebrate her birthday and visit my daughter. The location was unbeatable! The view is awesome and could easily walk on the beach or the boardwalk. Walked to Kona coffee and so many great bars and restaurants and also nice to have parking to easily drive to La Jolla to check out the seals or hiking at Torrey Pines. The rooftop is an added gem for views and to watch the sunset. Never used the pool or hot tub so can't speak to that but would highly recommend for beach vacation.

Three of us stayed. Would stay here again. Already recommended capri by the sea to a relative. Thank you.

Awesome time. Loved the hot out-door showers after surfing and the rooftop grilling experience. Only thing missing was a wine bottle opener, which we left for the next guests. :). Super Clean and comfortable. Will be back.
