Capri 209 the Heart of Downtown Traverse City

Beautiful property. Great location. Special ‘extras’ from the host. Would highly recommend!

Clean, quiet, beautiful decor and every thing we needed. I particularly liked this unit because of the sunshine. It was a quick walk to downtown to great restuarants and shops.

We were 2 hours away from our destination when we received notification that our rental had no heat. Hard to believe as this was a condo in a multiple unit building. We were offered 3 potions to take or cancel our stay, we took the nearest where we wanted to be. An older home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom on the 1st floor. Not bad but bathroom was difficult to access. So last minute we had to cancel and find a hotel. Not fun. Management company agents were difficult to understand and were very uninformed about the issue regarding the heat, we could never get a straight answer on why we were cancelled.

I enjoyed my stay in this modern clean second level one bedroom condo within walking distance of the Village Commons and downtown Traverse City. Good amount of large windows to let in lots of natural light. Nice larger size shower and bath. Very clean. Katy was very responsive once connected to the Internet. I’d stay there again. I was a little confused finding the exterior door to the building that led up to my condo unit.

Over & beyond our expectations. Excellent location and accommodations, great unit amenities, cleanliness and security++++, easy access to on site parking or adjacent parking garage. Property Mgmt. & representative access & communication superior…recommendations spot on. Our accommodations made our getaway fabulous.

Great property in walking distance to most TC restaurants and bars! I’d definitely stay here again - clean, quiet and well maintained. The property manager did a great job communicating all details (check-in/out, parking, etc). We certainly enjoyed our stay!

Great condo. Clean, cozy and very close to downtown

We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. Perfect location. Super clean. Everything you need is right there. Didn't need to run out for coffee, EVOO, wine, etc. Thank you Katy!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property for our yearly trip to Traverse City. The location, parking options, welcoming nature and responsive owners are reasons we would choose this option again!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Our only issue was the street noise that went throughout the night. If your used to city noise, it won’t be an issue. We just aren’t used to it so we lost some sleep. Beautiful stay overall!

If you want to be in the heart of it all stay here. A very clean and very comfortable place to stay with thoughtful amenities. There were plenty of paper supplies and coffee for our first morning. There were lots of very nice towels and other linens. For me, the parking situation was not desirable and neither were the stairs for packing and unpacking purposes, but if that kind of thing won’t bother you, I highly recommend this five star spot.
