Capital City Condo #1 close to Interstate, Water Park, Restaurants and Shopping

Really enjoyed the stay and the host was very responsive. Only a few minor things that came up but the host was very gracious and accommodating. We really liked it!

The location was questionable. The outer appearance was equally questionable. The unit itself appeared clean except the floor definitely hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I wore socks the entire time and they were quite dirty after walking around. The pull out bed was the worst experience ever. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. It was so thin and flat that you could feel every spring. The pillows for the pull out bed were no better. The property manager, however, was very responsive when I reached out for pillow cases for the pull out bed. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. Communication and customer service was great, but the property itself was not at all what I was expecting.

This property is a very quaint and welcoming property. The property manager and owner are on top of taking care of this property. Will stay here again for sure!!!

The directions were terrible. Actually they were just wrong. I spent 30 minutes driving around, trying to find it. The condo itself is very cute inside, and the owner was very responsive. When I told her all the lights were out in the front and I was scared and felt unsafe. The next day she had them all turned on by the management. The bathroom could not fit two people, it is that small. There was no TV in the bedroom, but that was OK. The place was very well stocked and had a Keurig. But bring your own coffee, they only have Walmart brand.

Close to Bourbon Trail.

Check-in instructions were simple and concise. We arrived after dark, so it was a little hard to see the numbers on the buildings, but we found the unit and got settled in. The unit is very clean and the perfect size, with extra touches included (like coffee and shampoo). The mattress on the bed is very comfortable. Highly recommend for a visit to the Capitol city and bourbon trail with a cozy place to return and rest at night.

Close to Buffalo Trace distillery

We had a nice stay, the managers were great. This is an older property and things break. We were able to get help when needed. We stayed 5 nights and could have used more towels and paper goods, but the bed was comfortable and it was a pleasant stay and experience.

Clean unit. Communcation is good. Easy check in and check out. 3rd time there will be staying again when in Frankfort. Yummy donuts. Thank you.

Quiet, conviently located, and clean.

The place was clean and cozy. Close to main attractions (grocery store, gas stations, shopping, restaurants). Great price!

It was a nice stay

The cigarette smell was pretty bad. I couldn’t get the TV to work at all. One of the remotes was worn to the point that you couldn’t tell what the buttons are for.

We had a great stay at this property. The space was clean, well-stocked with supplies, and the hosts were responsive. I would recommend this location to anyone visiting the area.

We checked in but had to leave immediately due to a family emergency. While the condo itself was reasonably clean, the location was extremely concerning and nothing like what was represented. The area felt unsafe, with boarded-up windows, suspicious activity, and people loitering that created a very seedy atmosphere. This is not the level of quality or security we have come to expect from VRBO, which is typically known for more upscale and reliable properties. Even if our trip had not been cut short, we would not have felt comfortable or safe staying here. To make matters worse, the owner refused to provide even a partial refund despite the circumstances being entirely out of our control, which was incredibly disappointing.

The place we just right for my husband and myself. Will definitely stay there again

Cozy but perfect for our stay

Great stop for 2 nights while we visited a distillery nearby, on our way to Chattanooga.Perfect quaint size for our needs. Just enough above a hotel, without being way more than needed. Descent array of cooking gear, and full size fridge/freezer. Perfect for the ones who would rather cook than eat out all the time.

This was cute and cozy perfect for our weekend stay. Only con is the neighborhood is a little sketchy there were a lot of people roaming the street. but other than that close to all the restaurants and reasonably close to Lexington for the concert.

Thank you so much for a clean,cute and easy location. I enjoyed grabbing my coffee in the mornung and sitting out on the patio. It was a bit chilly but you had extra cozy blankets that were wonderful! Thank uou agaun! If back i would definitely come back!

Not what it seemed

Price was perfect for short stays. We stopped here for three days on our way to the Smoky Mountains. We visited nearby distilleries, which were easy to get to. The only complaint that we have is the bathroom tub needs some love and attention. There was mold in the bathtub. Also, the floors needed a good mopping because they turned our feet black. But besides these things we enjoyed our stay there and would stay again if we were visiting the Bourbon Trail, great bang for your buck.

Although it was a quick visit, this place checked all the boxes. Clean, cozy, and conveniently located. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, the bedroom with the lack of AC or a vented door made for an uncomfortable sleep, the fan didn't help, just moved warm air around. The amount of dead roach carkases on the floor was troubling, but there were not any live ones crawling around. The location and setup of the condo was great.

The unit is old so there’s no central air. They had a fan for the bedroom but it got hot every night. There was a dirty makeup cloth still in the bathtub from the last set of people. It would have been nice if they had some essentials (salt, pepper, tin foil, ect.). Overall, it was an okay experience. We still had a nice time.

Great place and location from Buffalo Trace distillery.

We were happy with the location. We stayed Thursday through Sunday and found it to be a safe, quiet neighborhood. We were hunting Burbon and most of the distilleries we wanted to visit were within a 30 minutes.

We don't spend a lot of time at our accomodations when we go for vacation, but when we are there we like for it to be comfortable and clean. These rooms definitely hit the mark. I will be staying here again when we come down for our next visit.

Cute condo near Buffalo Trace. If you are doing the Bourbon Trail, this is great place to stay.

Great spot for one or two people. Everything is clean, good instructions for the property. A little confusing at the property location. Better come in daylight. So close to anything in Frankfort. Love the leather sofa! Glad the fridge had an ice maker. Pricing is reasonable. Nice quiet location. Tv options are limited unless you want to sign in to your own accounts..can’t remember passwords so don’t work for me. No problem. Just listed to the music channel that was available.
