Cape Cod Oceanfront New Condo with Ocean View & Private Beach, OceanBeachVista!

We enjoyed the private beach, the awesome views. The condo was immaculate and had all necessities. Tv missing in one bedroom and no dresser or closet in larger bedroom

We had the best time! The condo was the cleanest rental we’ve had. The host Yiping was amazing and always available for any questions we had. Everything was wonderful and we’ll be sure to be back again!

We went in early April knowing that it was probably going to be too cold and windy to spend much time outside, so the view of the water from the condo was just the ticket for getting some beach-style relaxation watching the water.Everything in the condo was as advertised

The host was extremely welcoming and helpful. The water views are seen from every room just beautiful. So cozy to go to sleep at night, listening to the waves. Updated kitchen was very nice. Would recommend we and we would rent again.

This is an amazing property with absolutely stunning views.The condo was well maintained and clean, with easy access to the main roads and lots of restaurants.There were ample towels and linens but we used our own blankets etc.The beach is a small, private beach with beautiful,calm waters.The owner was very good in terms of communication and was readily available for any issues.I do wish there were more drawers for storage of clothing and a long over the door mirror.Other than those minor issues,I would highly recommend this place for anyone considering a visit to the Cape Cod area.

Great communication, awesome view and very quiet. Unit is 3rd floor and just feet from the water line. Everything is new. Very nice!

Beds very uncomfortable! Master bedroom bed was hard! Not enough extra blankets The blanket (1 in the whole place was soiled) Master room air blast freezing and guest not as much air very hot. Nice view, nice private beach. Never have I arrived at a place and had to make my own bed not a fan of that,,, I’m on vacation I don’t want to make beds after driving 5 hours to get there

This place is top tier! We had an amazing experience staying here for the week. The condo is clean, not cluttered, and has all the necessary amenities. Having 2 bathrooms with 2 luxury showers was a game changer. You can’t beat this location and private beach. I will miss this ocean view!

Condo was very clean with fantastic views. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach had golden sand and would be nice to spend time there if weather had been better. Good location with a few minutes walk to ocean house restaurant and their outdoor bar. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent.

The condo is just as advertised and pictured.It’s a jewel of a spot with the lull of the ocean right outside the living area. The location was perfect, nearby to everything we wanted to see and do. The host was not only responsive before our stay but checked in during our stay. He even delivered an ironing board outside the condo door in less than 1/2 hour after I inquired. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back and stay again.

Short two day stay with a friend to be by the ocean

We had a fantastic stay. The condo was extremely clean, well maintained and cozy. The location was great and had amazing views. Everything was just as described and the host was very friendly and super responsive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We had a wonderful stay during the off season with our teen daughter and her friend. Beautiful views from the condo of the ocean. The girls managed to soak up some sun even in the chilly weather. The condo was extremely clean and host was available for any questions we had! Great restaurants within walking distance! Would highly recommend staying here! Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful beachside property. Lavishly furnished with all your living needs. High end amenities throughout. As always, Mr Ding is a terrific host. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed in Dec. beautiful location and very quiet thistime of year...right on the ocean best time of year togo to Cape Cod. We had a wonderful time.

Everything was amazing, the cleanliness of the apartment was perfect and confortable,and the view on the ocean from the balcony is stunning..,my stay was fabulous.my family and I,definitely book again.

We had a great visit. The unit has a beautiful view, lot of windows. It was in good proximity to our day trips; Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Provincetown, Plymouth. We had no issues while there so didn't need to contact Yiping, but I had a few questions beforehand and he answered them quickly. We hope to go again.

I stayed at the condo with my Dad and Sister. It was well stocked, clean and comfortable. But, even if it wasn’t, we would definitely stay again. Being oceanfront and on the third floor was amazing. The views and sunsets were incredible. Parking was convenient and having an elevator was great. We highly recommend this property.
