Canyon Retreat in the Foothills - resort style living w/hiking

Great location, beautiful condo, clean, well equipped. Owner was amazing and checked on my stay.

Our stay here was nothing less than perfect! The unit was as described and stocked with pretty much everything you could ask for including kitchen and bathroom accoutrements. It was absolutely spotless! The screened in patio was a quiet spot that stayed cool all day. The fitness room was AWESOME and the clubhouse and pool were gorgeous. I’d 100% stay here again. This condo has a great location within the complex and we liked that it was on the first level. The manager/owner was responsive and kind. The condo was clean and the kitchen well-equipped. Only disappointment was the very small primary bathroom, but their isn't much to be done about that short of knocking down walls. We feel that what made up for that was the generous amount of toiletries and cleaning supplies. It was great to have several rolls of TP and paper towels left for us, as well as shampoo and conditioner. Kudos to the cleaning crew for leaving spices and things left behind by other visitors for us to use. I've been in places around the globe where cleaning crews help themselves to the extras left behind. Definitely NOT the case at this oasis. People in the complex were quite friendly, too. We quickly became part of a pickleball group and I found friends with which to play mahjong. That said, you can't be shy, as these groups are only posted on the FB site. Use it and you won't be disappointed.

Our stay at Jennifer's condo was amazing! The location was peacefully perfect with incredible views, and just a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Tucson. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Jennifer was a top notch host, who was so helpful with any questions we had. The unit was clean and spacious, and even though it was just my husband and myself, it would have been a great setup for a family or 2 couples with it's split floorplan. The washer and dryer were super handy to have! There was a grocery store and restaurants and a lot more located just a few minutes from the condo, and yet we were right at the base of the mountain. We didn't get a chance to take advantage of the amenities because we were busy with family and friends, but the facilities were beautiful and very close to the unit. We often saw roadrunners zipping around in front of the condo. The reserved covered parking spot was not far from the front door. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tucson!

Perfect location, views are awesome. Place was clean, comfortable and host was super cool. Great communications and flexibility when we needed some help. Would stay here again…would buy it if I could.

My wife daughter and I stayed in ths great condo with an awesome Mountain view. We were in town for my grandsons high school graduation. It was perfect for our five day stay. Very clean with all the amenities. Our host was great. Highly recommend this property.

While visiting my adult children for the weekend, was able to enjoy the close proximity to the workout room, pool, and hiking trail. Perfect!

The location of Canyon View is ideal and our condo was comfortable, clean and so well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The pool and fitness room was very close by and the residents were all quite friendly. Jennifer Krautz was so accommodating, friendly, and responsive to all our questions and requests. We couldn’t have had a better or more comgotable experience. We strongly recommend travelers to book with Jennifer!
