Stayed Jun 11, 2026DO NOT BOOK! This host was the worst communicator I have interacted with. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and the AC in the master room was not working. I contacted the host and no answer. Thankfully I contacted the marina and they were very helpful. However, the problem was never resolved and we left a day early. After informing the host I received an apology and asked for a refund just for the night we left. After that she stopped answering me. I was able to talk to her through VRBO support and was told she would look into the problem and update me through the VRBO chat. Again… I was ghosted. I contacted VRBO 3 days in a row to get ahold of her just to get 100 off our stay with 0 communication and empathy for the situation. Village Reality is amazing… this host is not.
