Canal-front condo with dock, hot tub, pool, BBQ area, cabana, water views, W/D

No major issues . Outside of what other have mentioned . Couch broken upstairs shower head leaks bad at connection and head is plugged with calcium. Biggest thing is no lights outside coming up the stairs then trying to enter the excessively long door code .

Great spot for a quick Corpys get away

Great spot . Peaceful, scenic , cozy. Spent time at the beach each to and was able to come back to a cozy environment.

Would definitely be coming back! If you want a quite beach get away this is your spot!

This place was really amazing! I loved the kitchen! There is everything you need to make breakfast or dinner or lunch which we did a few times. I love the long table for everyone to eat and so many chairs! The wrap around patio was wonderful. And THE VIEW!! Being able to see the water everyday out of your patio doors was just the icing on the cake! The beds were so comfortable and there are four pillows on every bed, which is amazing. The bathrooms are great. The water pressure is GREAT. The AC works too good! Especially with a sunburn! Ha! We would definitely stay again!

Luv staying at LadyFish Landing! It’s our go to for a girls getaway. The condo is always clean & comfortable. We love the location to the beaches and island nightlife….the balcony is perfect which overlooks the pool and hot tub with a great view of the canal! Perfect for starting and ending a day at the beach!

Very clean and great customer service

The size of the condo is good for a family or a group of friends. Plenty of bathroom space and closets. Small balcony opens to nice view of the canal. Access to the boat docks is only available through the pool area which is a bit of a hassle. Boat dock is marked with the unit number and a boat launch in the neighborhood is minutes away. Parking is adequate with one reserved space and plenty of available guest parking in the lot and on the street. TV in one bedroom was not working. Kitchen is adequately stocked with pots & pans, plates and glasses, and flatware. There is a Large dining table, but some of the other furniture is dated. Overall a good value for the money.

IT was a great condo! Rooms spacious and couch comfy...balcony is peaceful...pool & hot tub very fun. The loveseat chair was broken but still useable. Could not close the foot rest. THere is a pool key but the pool does not have an option for a key(??) but was able to access pool regardless. Def will stay there again. LOVED IT! The code to get into condo was LONG and it would time out & had to enter it a few times.

The Ladyfish Landing is a gem of a property! We had a wonderful, relaxing stay with beaches, eateries and attractions only a short drive away. The LFL is immaculate with tasteful beach-themed decor. Our favorite feature was the wrap around balcony that allowed us to have our refreshments with views of the canal and pool. Both bedrooms are very roomy as is the living space downstairs. Two full bathrooms are generously stocked with towels, soap, etc. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and we appreciated the coffee pods for the Keurig. Our only regret was not extending our visit for more days. Will definitely return!

House was clean plenty of space

Such a warm and inviting place. The location is wonderful. There are great restaurants near and the beach is just a short drive. The view of the channel from the patio is beautiful and is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning! We had such a great time at this little piece of paradise!

We especially loved spending mornings on the private balcony, sipping coffee while watching the sunrise over the water. The location was perfect, very serene but also so conveniently close to restaurants. Place was immaculately clean and kitchen equipped with everything you need.

Loved condo! Over looks canal & pool…the beds were great & loved having 2 bathrooms! Not cluttered and decor was adorable! Definitive booking again for Aug or Oct!

We had a great time, the place was just as described. There is some remodeling going on but it didn’t interrupt at all. Great bonus is that the beach was super close.

This condo was great! There are beautiful views of the channel to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine from the balcony. The kitchen is stocked with everything thing you will need and the beds and living area are comfortable and inviting. The location is amazing. You’re very close to beaches that aren’t overcrowded and there are many great restaurants to choose from. We LOVE Ladyfish Landing and look forward to returning!!!
