Calypso 108W- VIP Parking Beachfront Getaway

Execellent location

The best of all worlds. No stairs, no elevators, No fighting the parking deck crowd. Park right under the condo and Viola! your in. Very comfortable and clean. We rent this condo every time we come, Its my Florida Beach Home.

Cant beat 108 West. Great view, the pool is not up in your face. so its private on the balcony. VIP Parking is awesome. park, walk up one flight of stairs and you are in. Warren Beach was wonderful. Just could not have asked for a better Vacation Condo.

We stay at Calypso each year over spring break. We loved 208 and cant wait to come back. This was our favorite unit we have rented and so glad we tried the first floor. Mitch told us it was like having our own beach house and he was spot on. Park, walk in, and start vacationing. Cant wait to return.

The property and room was very nice. Grounds were well maintained. AC went out but they were prompt to come fix it.

Property was clean, kitchen cabs a little worn but fully supplied kitchen. All was good until the pool patrol decided to be ridiculous.We went to the pool when it opened, it started to rain so we went back to our unit, leaving our towels because they were already wet. It rained off and on 4 times. I was standing at the patio door looking to see if the rain had stopped when I saw the pool patrol taking our towels. I opened the door and said those are ours and we will be right back. Very rudely he shouted you have 5 minutes. I quickly had to get 3 kids shoes on and grab dry towels. When we got back out to the pool he said your 5 minutes are up. I looked at him and said we're here! He continued to have an attitude (tall white man, dark hair) said you need to read the rules, there is no saving chairs! I said I understand but we went in because of the rain, and if you followed the rules people would not be drinking beer in the pool, vaping, smoking cigarettes, eating and having drinks on the edge. He was very arrogant. Later in the day I was taking the kids to get drinks and he (in a very passive aggresive way) said smile, it's a beautiful day. I continued to walk saying nothing. The rules state no floats, or toys. You have no idea how many times we had to move do to footballs being thrown, floats, rafts and boogie boards and nothing ever being said. The staff cannot pick and choose what rules they are going to enforce on what day or any at all.

Kids enjoyed the location!

We love this location and ground floor unit. The VIP parking is an added bonus. The unit is in good shape, could use a little work and low water pressure in the showers. Very short walk to Pier Park. The trip was a little overshadowed by the number of unsupervised teens everywhere.

I liked that one of the pools was heated.

We were there for Ironman Florida for the 3rd time and this was the best experience yet. Best location for the race, ground floor for easy access and a super close parking spot.

This unit was PERFECT!! So clean, inviting, and comfortable! Will definitely stay again! Also so easy to have any questions answered and so helpful!

The unit exceeds expectations. Fantastic location, never an elevator needed, great views, comfortable, well staged and designed. Warren Beach Rentals staff was beyond outstanding. So kind and helpful. This is about our 10th stay at Calypso and i have already booked this unit for next season, its the best of the resort, hands down. Book with every confidence.

The ac unit in this place is horrible! It was so hot in the house! The place did come out and fix it but day later broke again! The front door lock sticks so hopefully you can get back out with messing with it!

Very nice ground floor unit close to reserved parking space. The common areas around the property are well maintained. We found everything we needed in the condo for cooking. The towels were surprisingly soft and large for a rental property. The management company did a great job with communication and instructions.

This room was great! The staff is super responsive and very helpful. Things happen (just like they do at home) but they were right there to assist with everything! The unit was great, but the b management company made all the difference. Thank you!!

We loved this location the best of all stays in Panama City. Condo was perfect exactly as described. My first time staying on the first floor. I was worried we wouldn’t have a great view. As soon as we walked in it was a stunning view. I loved the ease of the first floor, no elevators was a treat. Condo was very clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We loved the parking spot underneath. The only minor complaint I had was there was no soap to wash your hands in the kitchen. They were pods for dishwasher. It would’ve been nice to have a little bottle of dish soap or hand soap. Just a minor detail that goes a long way. Would highly recommend!
