Cabo San Lucas Marina Studio Suite - Great Location & Views!

This condo was perfect! The location and views made the vacation very enjoyable and exactly the relaxing atmosphere we needed. 5 minute walk to food and shops. We could got get over the amazing view from the balcony!!

Unit was a little dated but otherwise we were well pleased and hope to stay there again.

Unit sufficed, few items could have been better for sure but for my purposes it worked. (Hot plate would have been useful to eat in, the safe would have been nice to be able to use, ear plugs were definitely useful thank you for providing. I left some bug spray behind for the next guests). The area/location was a 10 for me, I could walk everywhere I needed to go and felt 100% safe including the accommodations security/gates etc. Views from the balcony was also a 10/10. Spent a lot of time ppl watching of the boats coming and going all week long.

No wifi as of yet. Front and balcony doors still broken as of our last stay. They do lock but gives a lack of maintenance and security impression. If you like to cook there are several pots and pans but no hot plate to use them. Only a micowave and toaster oven. Has kitchen utensils, plates (some non-microwaveable), coffee maker, blenders, big fridge, toaster etc. Can get noisy at night from surounding clubs/restaurants. Overall - great marina location and had an enjoyable stay.

Great view and location.The property is dated and in need of some upgrades. Chairs, refrigerator, toilet, linens and wifi. Noise from night clubs was not an issue. Non -working elevator an issue for those with mobility issues.

If you’re looking to be in the middle of the marina area, where everything ins happening, you can’t go wrong at this small apartment with everything you need. It can be a little noisy from the clubs across the water, but that’s easily solved with a white noise machine or the ear plugs they provide.

This well-decorated efficiency has the basics of everything you need to spend most of your time at all the excellent restaurants, boating adventures and beach. The balcony chairs provide an excellent view of all marina comings and goings including the seals and pelicans, and beautiful night lights. We loved staying there! One suggestion: Load a sound machine phone app to muffle the weekend nightclub sounds reverberating on the water from the opposite far corner of the marina.

We stayed at Suzie’s condo for 6 days and 5 nights. We couldn’t have asked for a better location! Beautiful view of the marina & super close to the beach and restaurants/bars. Perfect place for just the two of us.
