Nice view of the beach. Neighbors can be noisy (above and to either side) but nothing too bad.

This is an excellent place to stay. Steps from the sand. Restaurants close by. Microwaves flips the breaker if you heat more than 2 minutes lol. Overall a great stay

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The unit was so extremely clean and very well stocked. The beach access and views were also amazing. The property owner was also inceedibly responsive and super helpful during our stay. This experience was a 100out of 10. We will absolutely be looking to book here again in the future!

We had an amazing vacation and excellent stay at Club Cabana! The condo not only was very well kept and clean but had a very comfortable bed with all the necessities we needed. Location is very private and quiet while offering an excellent view of the ocean. You are Literally right on the beach. We definitely will be revisiting Club Cabana!

The Good - Great view, clean, comfortable, nice area.The Bad - We could not sit on the balcony (my wife's favorite place to sit and listen to the ocean) because of neighbors next door. 1- Cigarette smoke, then marijuana smoke all morning long constantly blowing into our area. We don't smoke. 2 - Very loud talkers. 3- Flying a drone around the beach and building was totally unacceptable. (I have a video of it returning to their balcony) So much for a relaxing vacation!

Very clean and cozy! Such a beautiful condo with beautiful views! Super comfy primary bed. We loved being right on the sand. Perfect!!!Favorite usual eats: Tommy Bahama and Cantina Laredo

We had a great experience. All check in and parking info was communicated to us beforehand. There is an elevator so bringing all our stuff up was easy. The condo is directly on the beach so the view is spectacular. And there is a shower outside to wash all the sand off. The bed is sooo comfortable and the walk in shower is awesome. We cant wait to come back!!

Our contact Carolyn has always been very quick to answer questions or resolve a problem, our air went out and she had it fixed within the hour. We love coming to the Cabana Club and Destin and look forward to it every year. The only complaint bee had this year were some noisy tenants in the condo above us but we didn't say anything.

The only reason I’m giving it 4stars is because throughout our stay, we couldn’t sit on the patio to enjoy our morning coffee or sometimes lunch because someone at another unit next door stunk up the patio area air with weed! Inconsiderate! Hopefully when we come back to the condo in the future that we wouldn’t have that experience.

This condo was excellent for our stay, it was well equipped and very clean. We would stay here again.

The place was perfect for 2 people, had everything that we needed and perfect beach access.

Everything was great! The only negative thing I found was the mattress needed to be updated. Best condo on the beach, not crowded and close to everything you need, plus the view is spectacular. Have stayed here a couple times, and will probably be back

Reviewer Comments: Positive - Great view of crystal clear Gulf, couple hundred steps to beautiful beach, clean throughout, comfy bed, excellent shower, convenient washer and dryer, close to Publix and restaurants. Room for improvement- gate to beach didn’t work correctly and general public took advantage to gain access to and leave beach.; proximity to crowded public beaches meant lots of spillover that wasn’t monitored making it feel less private and exclusive. Had to reset breaker several times ... seemed related to microwave and/or coffee maker.

I went to room 207 with my girlfriend and came back engaged to her! The view is amazing. White sand , emerald water that turns clear when you enter it. We went in April and the beach had plenty of room, not crowded at all, very private. The bbq was convenient and in good order. Overall we were pleased with our stay and the access to the beach. We plan on returning in the future!

I am so glad I found this place for our trip. My husband and I loved our balcony. The view was amazing. We seen dolphins our last morning there while drinking coffee on the balcony. We loved walking the beach and checking out the local shops and restaurants. Close enough to Destin boardwalk which I would recommend. We loved it and will definitely be back. The condo was perfect for us. Literally feet from the beach.

Destin beaches are beautiful!! Our stay Cabana Club was wonderful! Beautiful view, and well appointed clean condo!

The condo was clean, well furnished, and had beautiful views from the lanai. The beach and gulf where literally just footsteps away. We will most certainly be back.

Condo was roomy enough for the 2 of us, there were plenty of towels, washcloths which has been a first for us. It was clean & comfortable. Location on the beach was great!

The location was great. Our stay was great until the last day when we were told a couch would be delivered. Who schedules a furniture delivery while guests are present and esp in the evening on the last day of trip?!! We were under the impression that this was not a big deal and would not cause an inconvenience. The couch wouldn’t fit, the front door was taken off the hinges and placed in the kitchen. Movers and the host “assistant” were going through the bedroom and bathrooms to try and make it work…what an invasion of privacy!! They were there for over an hour while we were unable to cook supper, shower or pack our belongings to leave the next day!! Our beach chairs and umbrellas had already been removed by the beach service so we couldn’t sit on the beach. And at the end of it all we were left without a couch at all! Not even the old couch to sit on and wind down before the long trip back home! Unbelievable and so inconvenient!!! Not happy at all!!

This unit has been renovated with a nice bathroom and half bath. The l/r needs a new sofa and I was told it has been ordered. The outside balcony furniture is tired. The owner has a ton of stuff for guests to use. Lots of dishes and pots and pans. Lots of kitchen utensils. Limited room for renters to put their stuff but with all the furnished “stuff”, there really isn’t much one needs to bring! Good appliances. Big tv in the bedroom and the living area. This unit was very clean but I would have liked more space to put “my stuff”.
