Stayed Mar 31, 2024We very much enjoyed our stay at Win-San C210! The pool area is well protected from the wind and clean. The kitchen and linens were stocked beyond expectation. Beds were extremely comfortable! The laundry facility, though not in the unit, were very user friendly, clean, and accessible. Having an ice maker, beach towels, beach accessories in the unit was so helpful too! Our only critique would be with the booking website and processing. Availability dates are difficult to navigate and payment processor not always functional. Be advised that there are 2 different property management companies for this community and their inventories are not accessible to each other, which can get a little confusing and frustrating when checking for available units. With all that being said, Kate provided excellent customer service, even after hours. We will be coming back next year to the hidden gem that is Win-San.
