Win-San's complex is the closest oceanfront condo to Flagler Avenue shopping, dining, and more! With just 42 units in this family friendly community, you'll have plenty of room to relax at the pool. The unit is clean and bright and the price is just right!

We call this unit a poolside townhouse. This is a two-story unit boasting lots of light and ocean views from balcony. This open concept condo is perfect for gathering the family together. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances to cook the family meals. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar or the glass dining room table where the fun Florida decor is carried through the living room where you have a queen size pull-out sofa bed for company that has wonderful ocean views from the slider doors flow directly out to the balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Both bedrooms are upstairs. The master is big with a King size bed and overlooks the pool. The spare room is very comfortable with two twin size beds and a private door that opens to the third floor walkway overlooking the park and the beach. Their are two full bathrooms. One is upstairs with a shower/tub combo and the other is downstairs conveniently located next to the kitchen as soon as you walk in the door.

We pride ourselves on ensuring that every unit is clean and bright and this complex is no exception. Amenities such as sheets, towels, cookware allow you to just bring your suitcase.     We loved the location. The condo is in a great location for walking to restaurants and shops. The beach is right outside the building and not overcrowded (while we were there). The condo was well kept and comfortable. I would definitely book again.

    We enjoyed the location of winSan, but the condo needs some talc It also needs more chairs in the living room Also check for mold it's on inside window ledges

    No linen storage,upstairs closet locked.Only 1 closet for storage,Other closet was filled with fans,air ,stuff. Downstairs closet was packed with owners belonging.Had to carry everything to store under beds.Shelf in closet,was filled with owners belongings.Only 4 chairs at table,one couch sits maybe 3 and 1 other chair No coffee table.Also 4 chairs in dining room,4 sheets in master-bedroom,for all the beds. Inadequate towels 4 ,no place-mats. They came extra linens,box sat in the hallway,and 2 Stools? Had to buy chairs.Condo was clean.

    Very nice, clean, well equipped condo to stay in. Nicely undated furniture and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Only suggestion is to add one more chair in the living room.

    Our unit was very clean and everything was available that we needed during our stay. We love our family time at Win San Condos. Thanks for making our 39th (yes, 39) year a wonderful family vacation. We would like to return next year for our 40th time!!

    We know that you are well aware of the numberous issues surrounding the problems associated with the construction etc so we won't go into that. We do love WinSan and the unit and plan to return next winter. Upgrading in a number of areas is really needed in this unit and we are hopeful that the new owner will do that. I'm not sure how much detail you would like on that issue but I can elaborate if necessary. We did have a number of issues with moving patio furniture,viewings of the unit [8 -10),repair people in & out , Parking issues etc., Janene always acted quickly to resolve things and she was always so pleasant and helpful under some pretty trying circumstances.

    Great time, excellent location, walking distance to everything except a grocery store, which who wants to walk to a grocery store anyways.
