C - Spectacular Ocean Views! Beautiful beachfront property with pool!

Beautiful property would stay here again! Has beach access and lovely views from the room! Boat was very responsive and kind. The home is stocked with things to use at the beach.

Beautiful reviews. Kitchen was great, living room was great. The only thing holding this back was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Shower, and floor has mold in the master bathroom. Finishes around windows, and fixtures looked like nobody took any time whatsoever to make it look nice, they just painted over it and called it good.

Awesome views. Nice big pools. Mario and Ben were quick to respond and great to work with. Would definitely rent from them again.

This was the 2nd time staying here and its just lovely. Check in was simple, staff and the host were amazing as always. Love the views from the master bedroom. Incredible! The kitchen had everything that I needed plus more.

Great condo, super clean and nicely furnished, thoughtful and well stocked amenities, beautiful views of the ocean, conveniently located, and excellent pool area. Communication with Ben far exceeded expectations - quick responses and I really appreciated his thorough and helpful instructions! Highly recommend staying here. No fault of the condo owner, but the Tides check in process is inefficient and took over an hour.

It was great having a room that faces the ocean, especially from the master bedroom! Hearing the waves and waking up to that view was beautiful, but the overall unit needs more updating.It was very clean, kitchen has been remodeled, but over all clean! They provide beach chairs, umbrellas, towels but not much extra than that. I wish their check in process was more computer oriented. We felt like we wasted a lot of our time, going between their two buildings, for checking, fobs, parking pass and then trying to get the parking pass refund they offer. We enjoyed the time we had though!

The beach view was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. There was an issue with the windows leaking in the master bedroom, but was addressed. Over all the building is older but clean. The staff is very nice.I would recommend.

This unit was absolutely beautiful! It was meticulously cleaned, and in the perfect spot! The views were breathtaking! The people that work at the property could use some customer service training. Most of them are not friendly. This did not ruin our stay and I would still go back again! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.

Apartment was very nice and modern which I liked. Bedding was nice. Kitchen was well equiped. Was nice to have tge option of the pool or the beach. Little cafe in the building was nice to have as well.

The place was clean and had beautiful views. There are lots of rules (wristbands required, no luggage or extra chairs in pool area, extra cost for key fobs, etc), but overall great place. Would definitely consider staying again.

The host was very accessible and informative.The condo itself is just an old condo building that happens to have a beautiful view.

Great location on the beach, Publix grocery store close bye, beach chairs & umbrelas in the unit, heated pool, and convenient laundry facilities. Our Host Ben was very responsive and space heaters provided were awesome due to cold weather!

This location was absolutley perfect!The unit itself was just like the pictures provided on booking The view from the bedroom overlooking the beach and the amazing sunrise make it memorable.Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants made it all that more appealing.Ben was fantastic to deal with, and made accommodations when trying to reach each other due to flight changes and delays.Don’t hesitate, stay here!

Beautiful place. I would only add some over door hooks for robes, towels etc. The pool was a little cloudy and warm but the area was kept beautiful!!

Wonderful stay. Beautiful location and amazing views of the ocean ( even on the rainy day). We appreciated the ample parking provided on the property in such busy city. Check in was a breeze once you read all the instructions that are sent beforehand. Kitchen was well equipped and it was important to us as we enjoy cooking and eating in even on vacation. The owner was very responsive to our questions and was a pleasure to communicate with. Cafe on the first floor was also a nice touch for a pretty good meal and drinks. Highly recommend this rental. The condo and property were very well maintained. Complex is beautiful and secure. Publix grocery within walking distance.

I have stayed at The Tides in various apartments perhaps ten times in the last five years. This unit is one of the best ever. The apartment is well furnished and maintained, and the view is spectacular. Communication with the owner was excellant. I don't always need a second bedroom, but the next time I do, this will be my first chioce.

Location was amazing! The view of the ocean from the condo was beautiful! Check in and out were simple, cafe was awesome and it was everything I dreamed of for my 50th birthday stay!

Overall great vrbo for our family. The place was spacious and exactly like it stated. The check in process and time frame is kind of a pain but otherwise enjoyed our stay. Plenty of beach supplies in the closet and the host was helpful with tips. Beautiful view and everything was clean. You do have to pay an additional fee for a key fob to get around the complex which isn’t a big deal but wanted to share

Property and property manager was great!

This condo is very spacious, clean and has everything you need for an amazing stay. The beds are comfortable, showers great, and TP/tissues were soft and wonderful. Towels and beach chairs were great. The waves are mild and the ocean inviting. The pool was great and its a well maintained property close to many restaurants, the broadwalk of Hollywood Beach and a Walmart. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The only issue we had was not having anywhere to store our luggage until we could get into the condo. We did not get a rental car. Uber is very convenient and inexpensive.

We loved being right on the beach and the pool was great. The check-in process had a long line to get fobs and pricey for the fobs which is not retuned to you. The location is good with free and low cost transportation for local sightseeing. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas in the unit

This condo is right on the beach and within walking distance of so many things. The views are breath-taking, the unit was very clean and super spacious, and the property owners were very communicative. You're provided with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and toys for the kiddos if you have them. It was very nice not having to rent these things. The check-in can be hairy since you have to go to the sister building next door first during business hours. Since the rental is in a building that also houses residential units, there are many rules to follow. Read all the information you're provided carefully! Use the side entrance with luggage, do not come through the lobby with luggage, use the correct elevator, etc. I would absolutely stay here again and can't wait for my next trip to Florida!

Overall, not bad. It's an older building/condo/facility. Kids liked the heated pool and being close to the beach.

Our family enjoyed our week long trip in late December. Everything was nice, and you cannot beat the beach location. 15-20 min walk to the main Hollywood Broadwalk, which wasn't too bad and taking the 2 per person Ride Circuit is a great way to get around (no rental car needed). 30 for a key fob is a ripoff, and having to wear red wristbands the entire time so we could use the pool was a minor annoyance.I would suggest the owners put a little money into the property. Fix some of the water damage to the doors and ceilings, upgrade the bedroom TVs (one has TIVO - which came out 25 years ago), replace the mattress in the Master bedroom. Not a ton of , but these would go a long way in my opinion.

Beautiful views, not close enough to walk to broad walk. Great pool. The check in process was not easy due to the host putting in wrong dates on stay. The closet our kids played in due to unfortunate weather caved in and got our clothes wet so we had to pay to rewash everything and have maintenance in and out for a day, and then the air conditioner in master suite was enabled. Other then checking in and closet tiles falling in, the place was good

We were very excited about the views and balcony overlooking the ocean. Unfortunately, it was entirely too windy to enjoy that. The check in process was easy and all staff members were very helpful. The condo was very clean. All the things you need to enjoy a day at the beach are included as well - beach chairs, umbrellas and we left a small cooler to keep your drinks cold while at the beach! After hours check-in was easy. Just follow the explicit directions and you'll have no issues. I recommend taking the city-run Circuit down to the famous boardwalk. The cost is only $2 per person and it's a quick ride. The boardwalk area is crowded - you'll be happy to return to your beautiful beach and relax!
