Stayed May 2, 2024The property was in an unsafe neighborhood. While the unit itself was ok, we chose to not stay here because of the surrounding area.

Stayed Apr 24, 2024I actually wasn’t able to stay at this property, due to a family emergency. Understandably, the host wasn’t able to grant me a refund. They were not only gracious about my circumstances, but also gained my respect because of how they stuck to their boundaries. So, would I book again? Absolutely. Not only because I love the area, but also because I know that this is a communicative, reliable, and trustworthy host.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The communication was super clear and exceeded expectations. The check-in was also really smooth. This was a last minute booking, and everything went well. The area was a little sketchy, but the inside was comfortable so no real complaints.

Stayed Oct 24, 2022Well furnished and has shops, restaurants etc close by. Easy to get to downtown Austin, 20 mins by bus, 5/10 mins by car or Uber etc.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment itself was really nice, but the location was extremely sketchy. When we pulled in to park there was multiple men drinking right in front of the stairway just watching us. There’s also a gas station right next door. When going to the gas station men were throwing beer bottles at each other and there was glass everywhere. Definitely not worth $500 for two night. I really don’t recommend it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969it was a wonderful experience; near everything, felt like home, and the internet was great! I had an online training and it worked amazingly for it.. I would definitely stay there again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The appartment we stayed at was cute! All we needed was there and was fairly Clean! Unfortunately, we found that the clean up prior to our arrival was probably done a little too quick as we found a bunch of broken glass on the carpet in the living room next to the patio.. we didnt use the patio until late in the week and quickly realized the glass was from broken light bulbs from the patio.. it was a little dangerous as we are traveling with a Baby girl that crawls around everywhere. taking a few extra minutes clean up the place, and ensure nothing like this was missed would be somethibg i would expect from a rental company of this caliber. Thabks for understanding and hope my message can help for future guests have a better stay at one of your locations.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It was nice to stay during our visit to Austin. We had everything we needed when resting on our trip and felt more provided for then we would be in a hotel.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I was very happy with this gorgeous apartment. It looked exactly like the pictures. The outside is a bit questionable, but the inside is cozy and modern. Ames was super responsive and extremely helpful. The only reason this gets 4 stars is because the pull-out couch wouldn't work and my friend had to uncomfortably sleep on top of the sofa. That was not ideal, but Ames was very understanding in this situation. The problem, I hear, is now fixed, so not to worry! I recommend this place.
