The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, induction stovetop, double door wine fridge, and the dining room table seats up to ten. The open balcony looks directly over the electric heated community pool with waterwall and spa heated with gas, and has plenty of seating for getting into relaxation mode. Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

    Everything as described in the listing. Gorgeous condo with top of the line everything! Steps from the beach with a beautiful heated pool and hot tub. The deck was perfect for breakfast, lunch & dinner! Quiet location and the beach was not overcrowded at all. Ocean was warm and clear. Found multiple sand dollars along the sandbar.

    We had such an amazing stay at the Buena Vista condo. The views were absolutely stunning. The pool was perfect and we loved having the beach just a few footsteps away. There was plenty of room for my two kids and my parents. The bedrooms were roomy, and the beds were super comfortable. The property manager was quick to respond to questions. We had such a great trip and cannot wait to return!

    The condo had a beautiful view on a gorgeous beach. It was very well decorated and the kitchen was very well equipped. Everything that we needed. Very clean. Beautiful outdoor balcony where we enjoyed our meals. The 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    This property is absolutely gorgeous- everything was well thought out and just perfect! Love that it has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths!!! Wish there were more everyday amenities provided - more toilet paper/paper towels/ dish soap- but the place otherwise Was perfect for us!!! Can’t wait to return!!

    The property is beautiful, the views are spectacular and the location was perfect for us. It was perfect for our extended family of 8 from 68 to 8 months. We were steps from the beach. There is a great shared pool for an afternoon cool down and close proximity to everything on the island. My only “negative” is there wasn’t a bathroom on the pool/ground level and that wasn’t really a negative. We made it work.
