Clean property with all the amenities we could have wanted and needed. Paul was just an elevator ride down in a few steps. Wonderful pool area, clean grills and just steps away from the beach. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

T this place exceeded our expect! it was inviting, relaxing, and overall a great Vrbo experience the private beach was beautiful, and the location was excellent! I would highly recommend this resort. Colleen was a very helpful experienced host. I hope we get a chance to return next year.

Everything was fantastic! Great location. Nice to have beach chairs & walk across the street to the beach. Comfy beds. Everything we needed to make breakfast, etc. I hope to rent this unit again when we come down the next time.

Everything was amazing. The place was very clean and spacious. The pool is heated, which is very nice. It is a short walk across the street to the beach. We got to see some dolphins and amazing sunsets. We went to the Parrot Key bar twice for the Packer games and won both games! . Our host quickly replied to our messages and was very accommodating. We will definitely be back here.

The host, Colleen was terrific. She was very quick to respond to a couple of questions I had on turning the ceiling fans on and also gave us suggestions on where to go for kayaking, which we did do and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed.

Everything was perfect. Close to beach. Has everything you could need for a beach day. Beds are very comfortable. Pool area clean and quiet. Pool was warm! Would definitely stay again.

This is a clean, spacious, beautiful unit with everything you need for a vacation. The manager is very responsive, the pool is clean and warm, and the overall experience is wonderful. We highly recommend this.

The property was everthing she said it would be and more! Very clean and perfect location. The host was amazing. Anytime we had a question she answered right away! Very helpful! I highly recommend staying here! You won’t be disappointed

We stayed at Santa Maria last year as well. Great place! Excellent pool. We loved having a 2 bedroom this time and the unit was great as well as the property owner Colleen. Highly recommend!

It was clean, easy beach access, nice pool and great communication!

Condo was extremely clean with a amazing view of the pool, canal and ocean in the distance. Only con was something we already were aware of before booking. There are no restaurants within walking distance. The private beach was amazing and onky a short ealk away.

We enjoyed our two weeks there. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was good. It would have been nice if the ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom worked.

Nicely decorated, clean and big!

Condo was lovely as well as the pool and location to the beach. The only downside was the trolley was not running consistently-waited 1-2 hrs then called an uber. No restaurants nearby except an ice cream shop. We did not rent a car so there wasn’t much within walking distance.
