Bronzeville Manor walking distance to hospitals

Communication was great and the place we stayed at had a beautiful interior design! Very quiet and safe neighborhood, we deeply enjoyed our stay here!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood and easy to get to and from Rate Field. Lots of street parking. Bad storm knocked out tv reception and caused a waterfall in living room ceiling but was about to take care of it. Noticed a washer/dryer in unit, but not listed so assume owner did not want it used plus dishwasher does not work. Nice place but not sure I’d stay here again since it is a person’s home and not just a rental property.

Upgraded to penthouse. Fantastic property, nicely decorated! Super clean. Great neighborhood and never a parking issue. Cornell was a great host and communication was fast. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to stay again!

The host is very kind and helpful, and the place is roomy and luxurious (we got upgraded to the penthouse before our stay). The neighborhood is quiet and we had no trouble finding a parking spot for the car. If you ever need a place to stay in Chicago, this is the place! 10/10 experience!

The home was gorgeous and very well equipped. Checkin and checkout was easy and smooth. The neighborhood has classic older neighborhood charm. The reason for 4 instead of 5 star for location was that it is short on walkable restaurants but very close to bus lines that went straight downtown and ran frequently and the green line. Super easy if you have a car - looks like plenty of street parking.

I am grateful for booking this great property for my recent trip to Chicago. The home is beautiful. Decor and location are top notch for my trip. The host, Cornell, communicates effectively, not overly burdening and is very responsive. The arrival and departure instructions were clear and simple. It was a no fuss stay in a beautiful home and there’s not much more I could ask for! I recommend especially for returning southside Chicagoan, makes you feel right at home.
