Wonderful property, conveniently located and host was great with communications. Loved our visit and would definitely stay here again.

Really nice location for getting on/off the island. The outdoor pool is closed during winter, but opened during the time we were there and the kids had a blast at the pool, so convenient. Bedrooms were on second floor, so I see how it could get warm during summer, but weather was mild and pleasant when we were there. Host was helpful and communicative, easy check in. Plenty of towels. There was so much to do within 1-2 hour drive of here. Thanks for the nice stay.

Our stay was great, the condo was very nice and welcoming!! There was no problem with our small dog!! It was convient to everything. All and all a good experience

Really appreciated all the little extra that Jill provided including an easy to remember door code(my phone number), direction on how to operate the tv (every VRBO has a series of remotes, some without directions), recommendations on restaurants and things to do as well as a super clean condo that was exactly as pictured. Thanks!!

Our host was amazing and left a sweet surprise go our anniversary. Super thoughtful! Everything was as it needed to be and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean and well taken care of. Comfortable bed, great amenities, easy to find, close to everything. Just a great time and great host.

Great location. It was a short drive to restaurants. The place was clean and inviting.

The host, Jill, was quick to communicate with me upon booking. She provided thorough information regarding the property to make check in and check out a breeze. There were several amenities that we appreciated and helped to make our short trip especially easy. We had no concerns about the cleanliness or the location of the property. We were able to quickly get to many places around St. Simons and surrounding areas.

Great location with easy access to numerous restaurants and shopping options. Quick drive to East Beach. We loved that Jill had so many beach items on the property, so we didn't need to bring a tent, towels, chairs, cooler, boogie board, etc. Jill was quick to respond to any inquiry and very helpful.

Very, clean and well decorated! The host is very friendly and answered all my questions promptly. Comfortable beds and enjoyed the back porch area and grill! Highly recommend for couple with kids or even 2 adult couples. 10/10!

It is obvious the time and care that Jill, the owner, puts in to this home. She goes above and beyond to accommodate every type of traveler from the family to the worker. The townhome is directly across from the community pool which was a nice way to spend a Summer’s day. The neighborhood is tucked away and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

The home had everything we needed. Great attention to detail. The process of of checking in and all the information about the area and eating places was a great benefit. Jill was available and easy to reach if we needed anything. (And we didn't) Highly recommend. Would stay again.

The condo is nestled away in a quiet neighborhood off the main road and is in a perfect location that puts you close to local food and shops as well as the beach.The condo is incredibly clean and well stocked. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone. The towels were super fluffy and a nice object to wrap up in after showering from a long day at the beach. The best feature is the back patio. It feels like a small vacation in itself. Everything was perfect about this location and we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here when I was in town for work and brought my dogs! This place was super clean and comfy! Loved the big kitchen table so my coworker and I could work together during the day as well as a work station with an extra monitor! Nice sidewalks and trails to walk the dogs about 5 min from the beach! We will be back!!

We love St Simons and this place was great location, clean and quiet. Just what we needed.

Centrally located older, but well cared for townhome. Bedrooms on 2nd floor with Jack and Jill bathroom and half bath on main level. Host thoughtfully equipped and stocked with paper goods, toiletries, bottles of water, and ground coffee. She even provided a gift card to a local bagel cafe (Sandy Bottoms Bagels). Beds were extremely comfortable and the unit was spotless! We had no issues checking in or out. Very easy! Also, communication via email was immediate.

Outstanding location and communication.

Host made the entire stay possible in challenging Hurricane Helene times! Place was very well equipped with many extra towels, beach chairs, water in the refrig, beach towels... Beyond that we so appreciated all of the information they left there for us, from exactly how to work the TV to brochures about the area.

This place was the perfect location for a couple beach options, restaurants, and shopping. The bikes were perfect as well for us to utilize to nearby locations. The host was very detail oriented and we were really appreciative. From complimentary coffee/tea to keepsake SSI stickers for souvenirs. The beds were comfortable and the bath towels were exceptional. We had an issue figuring out the nest thermostat and with the door keypad but the host was quick to respond. We like to travel to new locations but if we find ourselves back at SSI we will definitely try to stay here!

Its was like coming home from a long vacation already. Atmosphere was very quite and homey. Fully stocked kitchen made dinner a breeze on the grill without having to go out for each meal for the duration of our stay.

We had a great time - it was my husband and I, our 2 year old, and our dog. We had plenty of space, loved the tile flooring in the whole downstairs, and appreciated all of the beach goodies they had (like chairs, toys, boogie boards, and more) so we didn’t have to buy or bring as much. It was well stocked with all we needed :)

Great location on the island. Next door unit using caution cones to block parking was annoying. A/C thermostat downstairs forced us to drop temps upstairs at night for comfort. Overall all a very nice up to date apartment townhome style accommodation
