Stayed Dec 31, 1969Bed slid around the floor (frame not attached to anything), carpets/rugs black/dirty, very loud after 10p (quiet hours) and no one to contact as offices are closed.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We liked everything about the property, nice location of the condo, close to one of the pool on the property. Stuff of the property was very helpful. One thing to note, it is one of the building without a covered parking, which could be slightly annoying. We as a family of four had a great time in the unit. We especially liked its nice and spacious bathroom. We will back next year for sure.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The view is gorgeous and the home was impecable when we arrived. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the time for check-in (4pm), and time to check-out (10am). I understand they need some time to clean but we stayed 3 days and we didn’t even get to enjoy half a day of the first and last one. Also there was no option to enjoy the amenities for the rest of the day before or after checking in or out. That would be a nice thing to have; even more since the peak season was over. Lake Chelan is breathtaking and I had a great time!

Stayed Oct 17, 2022We have stayed at this resort before and were expecting the same standard. The kitchen floors were dirty. The dishes were chipped. The kitchen sink was leaking. No dresser for clothes. The smallest closet space for hanging clothes that I have ever seen. No drapes over the bedroom blinds leading to no sleep. Sorry, not staying in this unit again.
