The activities don't have to stop once you've returned to your home-away-from-home, as you’ll have access to the EagleVail tennis courts and community pool located directly across from your abode. With Eagle-Vail Golf Club sitting less than a 1-mile walk from your condo, there will be plenty of opportunities to practice your swing! 9.5/10 - It was a great experience. Karsten was great to work with and very responsive. Two things to note for future rentals: 1) Consider putting a note on the check in or the advertisement that renter needs to provide your own wood. I expected there to be a small pile of wood available upon check in. After talking to Karsten, I realized that I needed to go to the store to provide. It wasn't a big deal, but it was a bother to head back out of the unit to town again just for a couple pieces of wood. Would have been good to know this in advance. Also, it would be good to have some simple firestarters available. 2) I probably misread the listing, but I was under the impression we were within walking distance of a bus stop that would give us a ride to vail or beaver. Again, I probably misread this or understood, but parking prices at vail and beaver were not expected. Again, a great rental and great experience. Just something to consider for future.
Great condo and location can’t be beat. Perfect size for small family. Well equipped and very comfortable beds. Would highly recommend.
Almost unheard of is a rental with sharp knives as if the host actually cared about your culinary experience. This place was great for us. Could not be closer to daughters wedding venue, close to HOA amenities, bike, hike trails etc. Karsten was the best. Wish I did not live 2000 miles away.
Our main goal in Colorado was for a wedding. To our delight, this property was central to many hiking trails in the area. The home was perfect for us. Communication with the property manager was quick and very helpful when needed. We will be back.

We were exceptionally pleased with the condo and our stay. We found that the condo perfectly matched the description in the listing and the location worked perfectly for getting to and from the mountain. Nancy (the property owner) was exceptionally accommodating and regularly communicated with us to make sure our stay was going well. We highly recommend this property and will definitely book here again!
The property is pretty big and clean. Karsten Baker, I believe, he is the owner of the property, is very helpful and responsive to any question we had. We did not have any difficulty with parking. He gave us all information about the Interstate 70 that was closed due to fire. Now it is already reopened since Monday morning August 24th
Great place! Would definitely stay here again. Close to everything.
