Bright, spacious Eagle Lodge condo with pools & sports courts

Not fully accurate or honest description about parking: Reserved underground parking and There is free parking available for 2 vehicles should reasonably be interpreted as there are 2 spots. This is not true! Only ONE spot is provided. Once confirming we learned the 2nd spot is maybe available, maybe not so good luck figuring that out second family staying at the condo! Also not enough towels were provided for the 7 guests (I confirmed 7 guests would be staying). And be provided a total of 2 dishwasher pods for 4 days for 2 families feels cheap and silly. The instructions said we can buy more at the supermarket if needed. Felt cheap. A dresser and window blinds were also broken; I reported those to vacasa.

Our group ranged from 8 to 90 years old, and everyone was happy with our 4 night stay. We were worried how many flights of stairs to get inside, but it was 4 sets of 7 stairs. The days and nights were warm, but a pretty good breeze would pass thru with the windows open and there were a few fans. The swimming pool was open for the summer but way too cold to enjoy. There were 4 smart TVs with some streaming services.The kitchen met our needs. There were some spices in the cupboard but salt and pepper were empty, so remember to BYO. Also, remember coffee filters if you bring coffee. The outdoor bbq grills were nice to have and just a short walk away. Check-in instructions were easy to follow. WiFi was decent which was great because cell service was pretty spotty in the area. There was plenty of natural light and the place has a fun mountain/bear/ski theme. Definitely recommend!

Grand 70 was a great place to stay with all the necessities, comfortable beds and living space with excellent amenities, pool and bbq. The kids also had a blast in the place and on the bunk beds.

The location is great - short walk (even in ski boots) to Eagle Lodge. We had to pull over to look up the complex map & figure out where to park - the GRAND building. The property manager sends texts before, would be nice to make this super clear in the text, so that we didn’t have to search links & the listing to find it when we got up there.The kitchen was setup nicely. Would be really nice if there was plastic wrap or foil, and more than 3 plastic cups for bringing drinks to the spa after skiing.Note that firewood is not included, so unless the person before you left any behind, you need to remember to add that to your packing list.Overall it was clean, but the person that slept in the bunk noticed that either the sheets were dirty or stained. Would be nice to toss stained sheets so that you’re not second guessing whether or not you should be sleeping in that bed.I understand that most places now charge a fee for late checkout, but not letting you stay in the parking space for an extra hour was a major bummer. 10am checkout is really early, would’ve been nice to be allowed to park for a little longer.

The listing said that it sleeps 10 people and after we made our reservation, they revised it to 9 people max without notifying us. Also, the listing said “2 free parking space”. That was also false information. There was only one space assigned to the car and it was impossible to find a 2nd parking space. We had to park the 2nd car at a friend’s place and uber back and forth as there was no street parking either. An added cost and major inconvenience. We also had to deal with a mouse situation in the condo. Very stressful stay all together. Also, the condo was not ready for check in at 4:00 pm. We had to wait in the hallway for 40 minutes for the cleaning crew to finish and get out. The 2nd floor sofa bed’s frame was broken and no linen was in the condo for that sofa. We called Vacassa to let them know late at night when we found out and wanted the linen and blanket for that sofa bed. They said that it can not be delivered till the next day and so one person had to sleep without sofa and blanket on a broken bed frame. We had to use towels for cover. The condo is on the 2nd level and no elevator. We had to take our heavy luggage up 2 flight of stairs. Horrible customer service all together.

Everything was great! The Condo was beautiful clean and fully stocked with all necessities. Spacious cozy comfortable beds, We visited during summer time and the condo doesn’t have AC but thankfully the condo provided plenty of fans to keep us nice and cool. The pool and hot tubs were clean and stayed open until 10pm !! The only downfall of our trip was the condo is located on the 3rd floor and to get to it from The parking garage it takes 5 flights of stairs, it was kinda hard for my 70+ mom to get up and down. But we made it work. We’ll definitely book again! Overall it was a GREAT STAY!!! ❤️

Super clean! Awesome location!

Place was great, exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The few small issues we had (bedding sheets and blankets, toilet paper) were all handled quickly easily through Vacasa text support. The location is fantastic. The condo is an easy short 2-4 min walk to Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express lift. The condo location, underground parking, and ease of getting back and forth to the condo throughout the ski day without the need for a car made the condo that much better. We would recommend and would definitely book again in the future.

The service was great but few supplies for exímale few towels and the cleaning was not as good.

This home comfortably accommodated 10 people! There was ample space, great kitchen supplies and appliances, enough toiletries and towels for pool and home! This is our 2nd stay though the first time in the summer season. Location was key – we were close to many activities that appealed to every family member (walking, hiking, biking, huge skate park, and the famous bike park)! There was enough space inside for us to share meals, play board games, watch movies, and just hang together. The neighbors were especially hospitable, spoke highly of the hosts’ family, and even offered us firewood! My family enjoyed all the onsite amenities, such as the gym, pool, and hot tub! We’ll be back in the winter!
