Bright One Level Condo in La Costa

This property and Marie a fantastic. Clean and bright space. We love it. Marie is the best host I’ve had in all my years of doing rentals. Anytime a concern came up she addressed it quickly. Great communication. The space is well appointed and comfortable. It worked for working remote while we were there. We are already booked for our next stay. Kitchen fully stocked which is important to me. Bedding and towels high end and lovely. Nice neighborhood and easy access to major freeway, local restaurants and stores. Pro tip don’t miss the soup bar at Gelson’s or happy hour at Alejandra’s which is walkable (sit at the bar).

This place was wonderful, it was the perfect spot for our six week stay. It was bright, comfortable, well stocked with nice linens and a well appointed kitchen.

This condo is lovingly cared for and equipped. Perfect location in the center of La Costa. Right next to the resort. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect spot for walking the dog and entertaining our grandkids. Hated to leave. We will be back. The host was friendly and great to work with.

This villa has been updated and is gorgeous. The bathrooms with walk in showers are amazing. The furniture, beds and linens are high quality. The kitchen with gas range is well stocked. The only thing missing was a good set of chefs knives. We really enjoyed our stay in sunny Carlsbad and hope to rent here again.

We were pleasantly surprised that the placed lived up to the listing. The place was even better than the photos portrayed. Fully loaded for our two month stay: cleaning supplies, TP, and the kitchen was fully stocked too. We love to cook so we are picky about kitchens. It worked out great all around. The bedding and towels were high quality which we are finding fewer and far between with rentals. Our dog loved the backyard—Rolling and sunning on the turf. I loved seeing the palm trees out the window while working remote there. Marie is the best host. Great communicator and host. No complaints. Can’t wait to return.

The condo is very clean and well stocked. Communication with the owner was seamless and the neighbors are kind and welcoming. Only issue was the microwave didn’t work for the last few weeks of my stay and it was never repaired.

From the moment we checked in, we were very happy with this stay. The condo was very clean and matched or exceeded expectations set from the photos. The kitchen is well stocked for most cooking needs. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet at all hours. There’s a grocery and movie theatre just around the corner, the beach is a 10 minute drive, and the location is nicely situated between Carlsbad and Encinitas.

My wife and I spent a beautiful month away from home in an emasculate bright peaceful setting!
